DOJ Lawyer Christopher Coates’ Testimony Regarding Obama NOT Interested Enforcing the Voting Rights Act
Fox News’ Megyn Kelly and Steve Centanni reporting on bombshell testimony yesterday by long-time Department of Justice lawyer Christopher Coates who told the U.S. Civil Rights Commission that the Obama Administration’s Department of Justice is not interested enforcing the voting rights act in a “race-neutral” manner. He testified that the Justice Department gave instructions not to pursue cases in which whites were victims of intimidation or discrimination like they do if the case has to do with minorities.
He told the commission that the Black Panther Voter Intimidation case was dismissed due to pressure from the NAACP.
Coates reportedly accepted “Whistleblower” protection in giving this testimony.

Wild Thing's comment.......
Coates did an awesome job. He was courageous while giving such detailed testimony This should be front page news.
His background is as an ACLU lawyer for over 8 years before going to DOJ and then worked in the voting rights section, he’s not a right winger. So what this speaking out he is doing tells me he is really ticked off and wants people to know the truth.
He might want to think about protection of some kind.
I also found it interesting that there were more cases opened under the Bush Administration than the Clinton Administration. The media would not say this though.
Justice is currently arguing in court that it not only has the right to ignore whatever laws it doesn’t like, but that it has the right to actively stop States from exercising their own Constitutional police powers, for its citizenry. This is their idiotic case against Arizona. And we have the State Dept Hillary reporting Arizona to the UN human rights commission. The Precedent lying about Arizona at every opportunity and the federal government aligning with Mexico in an all-out assault on America. This is the America we have, today.
Nothing says anarchy quite like a ruling elite that decides on its whim whether to prosecute the laws as written. And then, only to protect some of the people that it favors. I fear we are headed into a constitutional crisis. This administration simply does not recognize the law as binding it to anything it doesn’t like
If thuggishness at the polls is not treated harshly, we will see more of it. There truly are still some American heroes. Thank you Mr Coates, for your courage.
And this is far from the only politically motivated failure of justice from the DoJ. There is their treatment towards ballots from overseas military. And there’s the illegal firing of Inspector General Gerald Walpin.

To have a former ACLU lawyer speaking out about the DOJ's bias against Whites is a bombshell. Thank you Christopher Coates for your courage and integrity.
America is under attack. From outside we are under attack from islam. From the inside we are under attack by Marxist globalists. Our survival as a constitutional republic is on the line. I hope we can save America at the ballot box. Just in case, buy more ammo.

It is all so frustrating isn't it? I swear each day may get better but in fact it never ends with these guys. This administration plays the country like mindless peasants that are too stupid to think we have no eyes to see. It reminds me of Basic training in which you are pounded day after day and there is nothing you can do about it. Unlike basic training, we can do something about it and our country is waking up and soon this administration will truly understand what helplessness feels like. Their Rome will burn.

I read a semi-legal piece on this yesterday. What I gathered from it was that this may open the door for any white defendants to challenge their convictions in voting rights violation cases. Maybe other cases too. If the DOJ has a racial slant, everything they do is suspect.
So much for post-racial.

I talked about this story in my blog today as well. "The tolerance of discrimination against white Americans is exposed and basically ignored by the mainstream media"
It is an unbelievable thing. Keep up the great work.
