Why Did The President Wait 'Til Now To Introduce Tax Cut Proposals When Republicans Have Been Calling For Them For Years?
Chip Reid challenges Gibbs on the fact that Obama knows that there's no chance of it getting through Congress, why didn't he propose it earlier this year, or last year?

I think you are right Bob. Some members of the Press are starting to get the picture, as are a large number of those who will be voting in November.
Got to love Chip Reid, he was like a Pit Bull,(excuse the dog anology, in this sensitive time) refusing to let Gibbs get away.
I would not like to have Gibb's job at his time. He is trying to defend the indefensible, on a daily basis.
