New RNC Ad Showing Democrats Running Away From Obama ~ LOL
RNC Ad that pokes fun at all the Democrats who are running away from President Obama. It shows Dems bailing out of Air Force One using an inflatable slide after Obama says he is coming to their states/districts to help them out. The animated ad even manages to work Howard Dean’s famous scream into the mix, as well as reporting by CBS News’ Chip Reid.

Great ad. The democrat party today bears little resemblance to what it was 60 years ago. The taint on the name Democrat will be hard to wash off. It's their own fault, they let the communists in.

Jim,
you are so very right on, and your comment is quite poignant.
The Democrats of that period Harry Truman, Adlai Stevenson, and especially John F. Kennedy who was anti-communist, lowered taxes, expanded the private sector, increased defense spending, and when traveling abroad spoke of American exceptionalism are monumentally different than the Democrats of 2010.
The Republicans, Thomas Dewey, Dwight Eisenhower, Everett Dirksen, Joseph McCarthy, Robert Taft, Richard Nixon, Barry Goldwater, and Ronald Reagan on the other hand are not.
It is the GOP, the Grand Old Party of Abraham Lincoln that has been remarkably consistent.
The Democrats of 2010 are imploding upon themselves and will continue to do so because their leader is an empty suit and not even American citizen, but a citizen of the world, and as you well point out, the Democrats have indeed revealed their true colors and become communists. This is becoming increasingly evident to more and more Americans as time passes.
In retrospect however, we in the opposition cannot just simply be against, voting no time and again. We must be positively and clear as day for something, and offer a strong, viable alternative for Americans by primarily doing one thing and one thing only:
staying conservative and true to our cause.
Forget all this garbage about a larger tent, let the Charlie Crists and the Arlen Spectors go as well they should.
There are two texts I strongly recommend:
Barry M. Goldwater’s “The Conscience of a Conservative” from 1960 and 50 years later,
“Liberty and Tyranny” by Mark R. Levin.
Read them and hand them out to your neighbors, your friends, and your relatives.
This administration will have served as both precarious and consequential, perhaps more so than any other in our lifetime, but more importantly exemplary in exactly how not to govern America. A clear understanding of our history is essential because,
If we don’t know where we’ve been, if we don’t where we are, if we don’t know where we’re going, any road will take us there.
There’s only one good thing about mendacity, it always ends. Deceit, a lie can last a minute, an hour, a month, a year, even a generation, but the truth is eternal.
I’m so reminded most always as I write of one Ronald Reagan, and right now of how a columnist writing after his 1980 election win and how it took 16 years to count the votes from 1964, and Goldwater won !
The opportunity for the Republican Party is at hand, and the promise of what I like to call an American Renaissance is forthcoming and oh so very near.
