Michelle Obama Speaks At NAACP Pushing Her Racist Beliefs
Michelle Obama Rouses NAACP Before Vote Condemning 'Racist' Elements of Tea Party
ABC News
First Lady Michelle Obama brought renewed energy to the NAACP today, delivering the keynote speech at the annual convention one day before the nation's largest civil rights group is expected to condemn what it calls racist elements in the Tea Party movement.
The nation's largest and oldest civil rights organization will vote on the resolution Tuesday during its annual convention in Kansas City, Mo. In addition to jobs and the economy, anti-Tea Party activism has been a large focus of the gathering, which conservative leaders say is driven solely by a political agenda.
The resolution is part of the movement to realign people against the Tea Party, which has emerged as a strong grassroots, albeit fragmented, force across the country.
"We have to close the enthusiasm gap," NAACP president Ben Jealous said in an interview with the Associated Press Friday. "The danger of the Tea Party is that people see them and think about periods in history when groups like them were much more powerful than they are now, and so a lot of what we spend energy doing is explaining to people what reality is, and that the reality is that the majority from 2008 still exists."
The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, in coordination with 170 other groups, including labor unions, is planning a protest march in Washington, D.C., Oct. 10 as the next step in building momentum against the Tea Party.
She also talked about childhood obesity in African-American communities. In the afternoon, there was no way we’d be allowed to lie around the house watching TV,” she continued. “Our parents made us get up and play outside.”
Later, she added, “As I tell my kids, dessert is not a right.”
Two days before Obama arrived to speak at the Kansas City Convention Center, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People launched the event with a health symposium, sending the message to attendees that, unlike dessert, health is a “true civil right.”
Wild Thing's comment........
This coming from a woman who attended a racist, anti-Semitic church for years with her husband.
NAACP president Ben Jealous”......LOL .....You can’t make this stuff up.
“health” is a true civil right....... BAAAWAAAAHHHHH "health is a “true civil right.”"
Were, exactly, is that found in the Constitution?
Democrats are power-mad control freaks...they need to learn to leave other people alone. I love working out, but I would never ever tell someone else they had to work out. Or how to eat or what not to eat unless the person asked me. I would feel so uncomfortable to do such a thing, it is not my place to dictate to someone else about this kind of thing off the cuff and butt in their lifestyle when not asked. Good grief.
Heh heh, how about this for YOU Michelle.......Life is short...eat dessert first!!
I’ve never met a racists TEA party member. But the NAACP is, by name, a racist hate organization.
EVERY ghetto in USA is presented by Democrats, her own party; party lead by her husband, Barack Hussein Obama.
She talks about racism, yet refused to condemn racism of blacks against whites.
Michelle Obama also accuse TEA Partiers of using "racial epithets" against black members of Congress. This woman called "First Lady" of USA is a LIAR like her husband. Up to now NO ONE came forward to produce a video at TEA PARTY rally in Washington DC for proof! There were so many videos and recorders out there during TEA party rally, how come none of these black congressmen can produce any video to prove their accusation? Because there was NONE of TEA Partiers made any racial remarks!
Real racist is the DEMOCRATIC PARTY, they're the one who keep black people down thru entitlements; give them welfare, make them dependent on the government.

Geez.. The founders of the NAACP were white men who saw a need to help blacks after the civil war. During this same period Southern democrats attacked and killed blacks and white Republicans who went to the south to help the newly freed slaves set up communities and get some form of equality in living conditions and emplyment opportunities. White Republicans stood with black soldiers who wanted the right to vote (and many were slain for doing so). Never hear any of this mentioned by Michelle or her hubby. The same spirit that drives the Tea Party drove those men over 150 years ago to stand up for justice for all Americans -- this racist and demonizing crap that comes out of the White House is the result of 100 years of progressive politics and rewriting of history.

The NAACP doesn’t give a hoot about racism. All they care is electing their Democrat masters to office. This is the same NAACP who supported Governor George Wallace of Alabama. The racist segerationalist George Wallace was endorsed by the NAACP. Wallace was a Democrat and Democrats are their masters.

By name alone the NAACP is a racist organization. No Whites, Asians or Hispanics need apply. Michelle obama is a racist. It has comeout in her statements and associations with Black Power advocates. I have a picture of Michelle giving the Black Power salute.

What she talkin about, she could shed about 25 pounds herself. That would amount to moderately obese. She should follow her own perverted advice. But the ghettos have it much worse maybe it because as you know they's the first victims. Of they mean ol Kracka's.
Another case of do as I say not as I do. Her kids are sort of on the porky side, must run in the family
