His example of devotion to his troops is a perfect example of integrity.

He knew his actions would mean the end of his career and possibly send him to Leavenworth but he did what was necessary to save the lives of his troops. Military officers like that are few and far between. Right now there are no politicians in Washington that I know of who will put their constituents and this nation before their political career. Lord willing, come November, there will be at least one in the form of Allen West.

I called and spoke to one of his people at his headquarters - what nice people! Just as I thought he would surround himself - informative and helpful. Have seen him on TV and listened to a number of his speeches. I sent a donation to his campaign in view of what the cystic fibrosis organization did to him and to his wife - withdrew the "couple award" because he and another man are candidates - too political. My opinion: they bowed to large donees who favored another candidate. So sad. So I supported Lt. Col. Allen West instead. God bless him - he personifies America. I hope he wins and I would hope he would consider the presidency one day.
