Sarah Palin Reacts To Obama's Speech
Palin said Obama is wrong for not acknowledging that we still need to be drilling, otherwise, “We are going to be dropped to our knees and bowing to the Saudis, and Venezuela, and places like Russia that will keep producing oil and petroleum products.”
Palin said Obama is “using this crisis” to push “Cap & Tax.”

MSNBC Criticizes Obama’s Presidential Address: ‘Great Speech If You Had Been On Another Planet’ the Last 57 Days
Keith Olbermann, Chris Matthews, and Howard Fineman don’t seem to be very happy with Barack Obama’s Presidential address, of course some for different reasons. Olbermann said, “I thought It was a great speech if you had been on another planet for the last 57 days.”
Olbermann on Obama’s Address: Compared To Carter, “I Don’t Sense Executive Command”
Here are the highlights of what the trio said:
Olbermann: "It was a great speech if you were on another planet for the last 57 days."
Matthews compared Obama to Carter.
Olbermann: "Nothing specific at all was said."
Matthews: "No direction."
Howard Fineman: "He wasn't specific enough."
Olbermann: "I don't think he aimed low, I don't think he aimed at all. It's startling."
Howard Fineman: Obama should be acting like a "commander-in-chief."
Matthews: Ludicrous that he keeps saying [Secretary of Energy] Chu has a Nobel prize. "I'll barf if he does it one more time."
Matthews: "A lot of meritocracy, a lot of blue ribbon talk."
Matthews: "I don't sense executive command."

Katie on David Letterman talks about the President's response, then as usual, Dave goes into bash mode on George W. Bush, Couric defends...
Katie: "They've lost a lot of time, boom was sitting idle on some of the beaches, some of the skimmers were not being utilized. You know, I think that basically the effort just has not been coordinated, I think in my opinion, and I usually don't give my opinion but I thing BP has been giving too much authority in this"
Dave: "People are saying this is another Katrina, help me out with some objectivity, part of Katrina, it seemed to be George Bush and what we perceived as his rich group of feckless fat white boy buddies, didn't care, now we have this in the same part of the country is it safe to say that President Obama is making the same mistakes George Bush made with Katrina?"
Katie: "I think the idea that President Bush didn't care about the people and the devastation of Katrina is just, really an unfair thing to say about that"

The brains at MSNBC are beginning to see that there is no there there with The One.
When they realize that they have been lying to themselves and believing a dream, will their heads explode?
Obama is ripping up drilling in the Gulf . This ban on drilling will also damage the U.S. Economy even more and make the U.S. more dependent on Muslim countris. This is treason and a crime. The media is hiding the devastation to PEOPLE being caused not by any oil but by Obama’s banning oil drilling in the Gulf.

That's how I felt during the entire speech. Nobel BS prize. Who gives a flying F@%K so do Gore and Obama which totally delegitimizes any value to a Nobel prize. The CIC (Criminal In Charge) should just disappear, he's a useless phony, his speech was full of mis-truths AKA lies.

I wouldn't make too much out of the comments made by Tingles, Oberdouch,and the Editor of a Failing Magazine. Although it is refreshing to hear.
It's all about ratings, of which MSNBC has none. The only way most people know what these idiots are saying is when they read them in blogs like yours.
Sarah is another story, however, as she has been there and done that, with the Oil Companies and their executives. It was very telling, when she said that Obama blew it by allowing the BP guys to establish the high ground, before he did anything.
We have an inexperienced fraud, who has never been in charge of anything, trying to handle a gigantic environmental disater.
This Country is on a slippery slope, under this moron's leadership.

onbama's trying to blame BP, make them the evil rich white guys, and he's succeeded to a point. The truth is BP never wanted to drill in 5000 feet of water. They asked Lousiana if they could drill in 150-200 feet and they said yes,. til the Feds stepped in and said not move it out to 5000 feet. That was Buah or Clinton who did that. Neither the Feds nor BP knew how to handle this kind of depth. A submarine can't even go down to that depth let along divers. This may go on for years before anything happens. So I don't know how they are going to fix this.
If obama is so bent on placing blame, on greedy, evil white guys, as he calls them, he ought to look in the mirror first and take some of the responsibility himself but for being a jerk and not even offering any help for two months enough time for his Boy genius Rammy to come up with a doable solution to get something out of this crisis in their favor to benefit their agenda.
Worst Administration EVER.
