One never thought that a President of the United States and members of a major political party would actively work together to destroy this country. If such activity were to happen in Iran, China, the USSR, or Eastern Europe, one would understand, even applaud. But the United States of America? To anyone watching events, the fact that the Obama Administration and Democrat Congress are actively at work to destroy the goose that laid the golden egg is so obvious that prospects for the nation’s future are for the first time in my adult life, unsettling.
Increasing voices call for armed revolt; and should that happen, so be it. But in the mean time cool heads must prevail and work to crush Obama and his destroyers at the ballot box before they have a chance to make taking America back impossible short of the use of arms, which is their goal, and this becomes a nation of elitists running the country, and de facto slaves preening the elitists’ “feathers.” No doubt some, like Obama’s pastor, Jeremiah Wright, and just as likely Obama given his manifest attitude and writings, revel at that possibility of “the chickens coming home to roost” for white middle/mainstream America, who incidentally had zero to do with slave descendants’ social or economic condition.
On the subject of slavery, there is more to slavery than involuntary servitude: there is slavery of the mind and heart where one is told what to believe and/or think, what to watch or not to watch, to listen to or not; denial of the human right to pray in public facilities under the guise of “separation of church and state;” restricting if not destroying the right of free speech on talk radio by enacting laws that would require equal time for opposing points of view at the expense of the original proponent; taking ones earnings to “spread around;” forcing the procurement of a product or service, such as mandatory health care; effectively forcing workers to become members of a labor organization whether they want to or not as in “card check” by removing the right to a secret ballot and subjecting workers to union thug intimidation with respect to their vote; and, encouraging, if not demanding “volunteer” service that potentially serves a political party or objective; etc., to name a handful of enslavement frameworks.
There is income slavery where one hundred percent of the fruits of one’s labor, per Obama’s father, are taken by the government and the government decides who gets what and how much, except for elitists. Slavery is where the government keeps income producing Americans alive to support those who do not contribute to themselves or to anyone else. And, on the subject of “keeping alive,” given Obama’s underlying philosophy and his likeminded Czars with whom he has surrounded himself to carry out his wishes, there is little doubt that those who become a drain on “society” would be terminated whether ready or not and/or willing or not.
Survey the state of the country that liberals have created and dominate and decide which, “Hope and Change” or conservatism would be preferable:
The U.S. presently “enjoys” all time high unemployment, crime, drug abuse, homicide, rape, theft, business and political corruption, domestic violence, pornography, child: molestation, abandonment, and abuse, elder abuse, perverted sexual behavior, AIDS, divorce, and illegal activity from a White House that declares openness and transparency but where the opposite is true, using thugs to intimidate voters, and fostering if not inspiring massive voter fraud; and the Speaker of the House of Representatives pretending to be a Catholic Christian while in practice being neither.
Additionally, there are constant liberal attacks on freedom of speech to silence opposition. It isn’t conservatives making those attacks, it is liberals who impute conservatives with their own hatred and declare dissent or criticism as racism or “hate speech.”
The foregoing are the fruits of “liberalism;” and liberals’ solution is to invent yet another government program to fix the “fix” from which the foregoing indicators grew. No wonder that one talk show host says that “liberalism is a mental disorder.”
If ever there was a time that mastodons of the “Silent Majority” should abandon their silence, it is now! Instead of accepting Colin Powell’s recently stated nonsense, “it’s a different era,” this is America folks; the “Silent Majority” should speak out, write and inform one’s Senators and Representative of one’s attitudes, and in the event of noncompliance to those voters’ attitudes and wishes, crush them at the ballot box.
Fortunately, there is a growing army of conservatives who are at long last willing to take on liberals at every level. For that, one can thank God. And while mentioning God, it is notable that He instructed all to “love our enemies” and to “pray for our leaders,” who in the instant case are one and the same.
While one does not hesitate to point out both error and fault, one should pray that the nation’s leaders will have their blinded eyes opened, repent and abandon their concerted efforts to destroy (“totally change”) this nation.
