An Army doc who refuses to go to Afghanistan until President Obama produces a birth certificate will face court-martial.
Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, a decorated military man who has become a part of the fringe "birther" movement - which believes President Obama was not born in the United States - could face a dishonorable discharge for failing to obey orders, MSNBC reported on Tuesday.
The 18-year veteran came out in support of the largely discredited conspiracy theorists at the end of March, proclaiming he would "disobey" his "illegal" orders to deploy.
"I believe all servicemen and women, and the American people, deserve the truth about President Obama's constitutional eligibility to the office of the presidency and the commander in chief," he said in a video statement posted on YouTube on March 30.
The Bronze Star Medal recipient refuses to go to Afghanistan for a second tour until Obama releases his birth certificate showing he was, in fact, born in the U.S.
"Seeking out public office, especially the highest in our land, means you must uphold the Constitution, Mr. President, and confirm your eligibility," Lakin said in the video.
The Army doctor was informed of his court-martial by his brigade commander, and his Pentagon building pass and laptop have been seized, MSNBC reported.

Lt. Col. Terry Lakin is doing this for ALL of our military & all Americans. He knew this would bring on a court martial.
He has served his country loyally for almost 20 years, including time in Afghanistan. He is now risking everything.
He is more concerned about his country and his fellow troops—whose lives Obama is playing political games with, what with his killing ROEs and his refusal to win against our enemies.

Well in 1925 they CourtMartialled General Billy Mitchel for daring to say that air power is the wave of the future and he virtually predicted Pearl Harbor. Instead of listening the collective bunch of nitwits destroyed his career.
The same is going to happen here. The PC police of the Pentagon want this upstart gone, for daring to question what the people are finding out for sure. That the CIC is a usurper and has violated the Constitution.

You know who has the answers to all the above questions? The administrative clerks. Those seemingly unknown and invisible people who process records and applications. The ones who work in college administrative offices, hospital records, county records, and any other office that processes requests and applications. I wonder where these people are? I wonder if they're still alive?

Well, I am a birther, so I guess I am a part of a fringe element. The average American would be rushing to show a birth certificate if they were accused of being foreign born. So Barry does the opposite. He spends millions to hide his past.

The birthers were always right in making Obama toe the legal line. The DNC certainly gave Goldwater nine kinds of hell in 1964. But the listed reasons for impeachment are just that. Once he is in office the only way to remove him is impeachment. That means a super majority in the House and a super majority that can not be gotten to before 2012 in the Senate.
Everything we have will only hold the line for the next two-and-a-half years. Get used to the idea that we are going to loose more freedom and the FBI will provoke shot outs the more fatalistic. Support not right wing Republicans but Fring right-wing poiticians. The supports under the MSM are crumbling fast and when this is over with the new congress and the new administration will need to hang some of this congress and administration and impeach all of the judges appointed. Hanging is too good for them.
