Virginia And 34 Other States To Block Obamacare aka Socialized Medicine
The bill’s sponsor, Del. Robert G. Marshall, R-Prince William, and other supporters advocated the measure as a defiant statement to an overreaching federal government. They say it falls under the Constitution’s 10th Amendment that deals with state sovereignty. Marshall said he expects the law to be challenged and ultimately decided by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Virginia is going to ignore Obama, Pelosi, Reid 's unconstitutional mandates. And 34 other states could jump on board the Virginia train.

This is just so American! I love it.
Obama carried Virginia in his historic ride to the presidency in 2008, the first Democrat to do so in a presidential race in 44 years. But since then, the tide has turned. Virginia’s Republicans routed Democrats in last year’s gubernatorial and legislative elections, partly because of public distrust of Democrats’ proposed health care reforms.

During one press event Senator Harkin said, that Health care is now a Right. First of all Congress doesn't give us our Rights, they don't have that power, contrary to what they think.
The Declaration of Independence clearly states Our Rights come from God, not congress or the government...
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."
Unalienable: meaning they can NOT be taken away, or surrendered to/by anybody because they have been given to us by God.
The reason the founders said this, was to limit the amount of control by the government. In that our Rights are not from the government. They knew the evils of a government out of control and power hungry politicians.
They had already seen the unbridled power of a Monoarchy run amok and wanted no part of that. Of course one of the major reasons the progressive's, especially ACLU and ilk are so intent on getting God out of our lives and make government the sole provider of Rights, that is if you earn them.
So here we are on the verge of another revolution to overthrow the progressives who by virtue of their convoluted beliefs are trying to take our rights away, all for the sake of democracy which only exists in their rhetoric but not in their actions, the rest of it is Marxism.
We are a Republic not a democracy and I want it to stay that way.

We have seen the progressives(McCain incl) crap on the First Amendment. Now the obama bunch want to crap all over the Tenth Amendment. They are probably surprised at the outcry and resistance by the states and their citizens. No wonder the progresives have been very slow and reluctant to try to piss on the Second Amendment. They probably squirm at the thought of an armed revolution that will throw them out of office and return America to the Constitutional Republic it is supposed to be.

Tom, good point, I bet they are very surprised too. Our country has not seen this kind of protest from the right side like all the Tea Parties and Townhalls that were done. I guess that is why they called it silent majority, we are no longer silent, thank God.
