Florida's Attorney General Bill McCollum To File Lawsuit Against Obamacare Bill
McCollum to file lawsuit against health care bill
ORLANDO, FL -- Moments after Congress voted to approve President Obama's health care legislation, Florida's Attorney General announced he will file a lawsuit to declare the bill unconstitutional.
Bill McCollum will join Attorneys General from South Carolina, Nebraska, Texas, Utah, Pennsylvania, Washington, North Dakota and South Dakota to file a lawsuit against the federal government.
"The health care reform legislation passed by the U. S. House of Representatives this evening clearly violates the U.S. Constitution and infringes on each state's sovereignty," McCollum said in a statement distributed late Sunday night.
"If the President signs this bill into law, we will file a lawsuit to protect the rights and the interests of American citizens."
McCollum will hold a press conference at his Orlando office Monday morning to discuss his plans.
Wild Thing's comment........
Kudos to Bill McCollum. Charlie Crist is probably on his tanning bed.

It will take the States and all the people to defend our freedom. Nobody in Washington is doing their job, that is to serve the people. These arrogant bastards think they can get away with stepping on our Rights for 'Commie Care', pushed by obama the commie and his feckless, no account, left wing hand maidens.
The fight has just begun.

I have four questions.
First, is anybody keeping track of the people like Bill McCollum who are going to bat for we the people in this our darkest day?
Second, does anybody have a current count of State Calls for a constitutional Convention. I did a count as a three week school project, thirty years ago and some States had permanent Call on their law books. The number of states required then was just two states. The number change from time to time as calls expire but I can't imagine that it will required action of more than five States to convene and given today’s technology the stats can probably convene a convention as a social network of the state Governors if enough go on-line.
Third, everybody recognizes that this is all about the death panels don't they?
Fourth, is everybody saving at least ten dollars a week for political donations?

First: Avitar is right. We need to contact our states AG and if they are Demoncrat progressive libs such as we have in Ohio you need to contact your state legislators about resistance at the state level on constutional grounds. I agree that all soetoro care means is A) an infusion of tax $ to temporarily bail out existing, insolvant programs B)soetoro's "climate change" agenda which emphasises population control:abortion, euthanasia (complete lives system) and ultimately eugenics . "Charlie Crist is probably on his tanning bed." but thanks to last night now "beach boy Charlie" will pay more for his fake tan as a result of new taxes on tanning salon operators...

We have just seen our lives changed for the worse. Taxes, inflation, loss of personal freedom are all a part of this package. This bill has more effect on America than 9/11 did. The healthcare bill will intrude on many aspects of our lives that two days ago were free of goverment intrusion.
The successful passage of this bill may encourage and open the door now for other freedom sacking bills such as cap and trade. Get ready for that and another attempt to pass an amnesty program. There has been little talk so far on any anti-gun legislation, but it's coming. The Democrats/socialists are fired up now. They will attempt over the next three years to rip away the freedoms guaranteed to us by The Constitution.
Damn obama and his Marxists to hell.

I have signed and will donate to Conservatives who represent "We The People." I will also donate to defeat every one of the nubian wannabe kings stable of communist lemmings. We go to local Tea Partys and suggest everyone here do the same. We had a great one Saturday and the next one will be April 15th @ the Laguna Hills (CA) mall. See you there.
