Happy Valentines Day February 14th To All Our Troops, Veterans and One and All
Valentines Day is here, and hundreds of thousands of United States soldiers will be far away from their loved ones, unable to share an affectionate embrace, a romantic candlelight dinner, a box of chocolates or a bouquet of flowers.
Valentines Day is about showing the ones you love just how much they mean to you, and no one knows this better than friends and families of troops overseas.
So to all our Military, and their families, to all the Veterans, and to all of you that are friends of Theodore's World blog........ Angry Old Salt and I wish you all a special Valentines Day! Thank you for being in our lives and to the troops, thank you for all you do and for serving our country. Thank you for our freedom!
And Happy Valentines Day to each one of you that are such an important part of Theodore's World blog.
You are the song in my heart.
Wild Thing
This is for each of you that are so supportive of my blog and for your friendship. I love you all!!!!
Lyrics
When I am down and, oh my soul, so weary;
When troubles come and my heart burdened be;
Then, I am still and wait here in the silence,
Until you come and sit awhile with me.
You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains;
You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas;
I am strong, when I am on your shoulders;
You raise me up: To more than I can be.
You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains;
You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas;
I am strong, when I am on your shoulders;
You raise me up: To more than I can be.
There is no life - no life without its hunger;
Each restless heart beats so imperfectly;
But when you come and I am filled with wonder,
Sometimes, I think I glimpse eternity.
You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains;
You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas;
I am strong, when I am on your shoulders;
You raise me up: To more than I can be.
You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains;
You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas;
I am strong, when I am on your shoulders;
You raise me up: To more than I can be.

The one good thing about Valentines day is its 14 days closer to spring. Where temperatures moderate to the mid 20's at night and you get longer days with temps closer to 40-45. Then the snow starts to melt the creek rises and if it rains then theres a good chance of a flood. Other than that...
Happy Valentines day to everyone.

Unfortunately, all folk (especially some of a certain political persuasion) don't feel that way:

Texas Barb, oh wow a huge thank you for sharing about her return. Yippee! When you mentioned one time that your daughter was deployed I added her to my prayer list. I am so happy for all of you.
Please thank her so much for her service.
This made my day, this great news.
