Purple Shirted SEIU Members Holding Signs For Scott Brown
They are Brown supporters and not happy their Union is supporting Martha.
.
Handicapped SEIU Member Barred from Coakley/Clinton Rally; Secret Service Forcibly Remove Foreign Coakley Supporter
.Bill Clinton/Martha Coakley rally at Worcester Polytechnical Institute. Not only was he forbidden access to the handicapped ramp-the only way he could enter the auditorium- but he wasn't the only SEIU member to show up in support of Scott Brown:
.
Here is former President Clinton leaving WPI. Please note, nobody is outside cheering for him, let alone Coakley.
This was at the Bill Clinton/Martha Coakley rally at WPI in Worcester Massachusetts 1/15/09
.
Mass. Democrat/state Attorney General Martha Coakley can’t keep the vote of a sheet metal worker/union member she paid to hold signs for her.
Not realizing he was being video taped, a member of the "Sheet Metal Workers" union, Local 17, admits that he was being forced to come down to hold a sign, but he's at least being paid $50. He also openly admits that he's voting for Brown, then promptly "high-5's
And despite her “law and order” platform, she can’t keep the votes of police unions, either. Not even one affiliated with her Purple Shirt patrons at the SEIU.
The Worcester Telegram reports:
Republican U.S. Senate candidate Scott Brown yesterday accepted the endorsement of the Police Department’s two major unions.
Local 911, New England Police Benevolent Association, and Local 504, International Brotherhood of Police Officers, handed their endorsement to the state senator. The endorsement comes one day after a debate in which Mr. Brown and his main opponent, Democrat Attorney General Martha Coakley, squared off. The special election to fill the seat formerly held by Sen. Edward M. Kennedy will be held Tuesday.
Sgt. Donald E. Cummings, president of Local 504, said Mr. Brown’s service in the National Guard shows that he knows the threat of terrorism is real, and understands the role public safety personnel play in protecting residents.
Stephen Gunnerson, president of Local 911 patrolmen’s union, called Mr. Brown a “tireless advocate for public safety.” He cited Mr. Brown’s support for Jessica’s Law and Haley’s Bill and his support for sex offender and CORI reform.
.
Wild Thing's comment.........
OH wow, this is a slap in the face of Coakley .
Mark told about the union worker that told about being paid by Coakley but even so he was voting for Scott Brown. hahaha
And the Boston Globe is owned by the NYTimes and is solidly liberal. They’ve been running puff pieces on Martha and the readers are seeing right through them. Lots of anger about ObamaCare and the runaway spending in D.C.
....Thank you Mark for sharing about this.

In 1979 I belonged to the UAW, had to join or not work, this was in New York. The union supported Jimmy Carter,. The membership supported Ronald Reagan and thats who we voted for.
Getting Union support is no big deal because the corrupt Leadership will go where the money is, The membership is another story. They're all NOT just a bunch of mind numbed robots. This election is not just a Senate seat it is a referendum on obama and his bunch of Socialists/communists.

It's good to see union workers thinking independently of their union bosses.

This is really amazing stuff! It makes me want to be there amongst them; I share in their thoughts and excitement. These wonderful supporters are of Tea Party caliber, and have that inner will to fight for what is right. It is that basic. It cannot be bottled and sold like the leftie loons try to do. ...

Thank you Chrissie, we need to give Scott Brown all the support we can, it will break the filibuster proof cabal and demonstrate to both progressive parties that we've had enough of their boorish bullshit. It's not too late to fund, call and E-mail to sway an independent like those mavericks above. http://www.brownforussenate.com/
God bless those workers, instead of putting their lives on the line for the union they are hanging it all out for the nation.
Like Mark, I had to join, I belonged to the Warehousemans Guild, the Teamsters and The IBEW, have been in the thick of it on the picket line and not one of those union leaders missed a days pay, a meal, no rocks thrown, no clubs and no cars trying to run over them, but we sure as hell did. Dues were $10.30/week in April of '76, that's $41/month, not one red cent made it to the rank and file during the 4-1/2 months on strike where they settled for 3% less that we'd fought for. Adios!!!

Let's only hope Brown wins. It is beyond comprehension that the American north east where our fore fathers revolted and fought for our freedoms has degenerated into something worse than what they fought against. MA has a chance to again stand up and fight for our freedoms. Let’s all support them in making the right choice. Let’s stand up in our own former colonies and bring back what our nation was founded on.

Excellent. Even SEIU members are speaking out. You have to admire their courage.

BobA, there's no Kennedy running that anyone knows of the Joe Kennedy is a in name only, and Cokely doesn't have the money or the clout to buy off the state or threaten any one. The yoke of Kennedy fascism is hopefully past.

How great it will be if that solidly Democrat seat can fall to Brown. This race is a referendum on obama, Pelosi and Reid. A lot of Amercans are upset at the way the Dems are acting just like dictators.

Excellant video, Jack.
Like you we went out for 6 months in the 70's when all was said and done, Strike pay lasted about a month, hell you make more money on jury duty, we settled for a nickle. Nobody ever made that money back either.

Obama lost in Copenhagen, Virginia and New Jersey in 2009 going 0-3! Let's make it 0-4 New England Patriots and Teabaggers!!

Mark, I agree, it is even bigger then
an election, it is exactly what you said.
Thank you for sharing about your experiences.

BobF., yes it is especially when they are so
visible in photos and video. I hope they do
not get backlash from those that remain
dedicated to party and not our country first.

Jan, well said!!

inforation too.

Bob A., yes this is a real opportunity for
Mass. to prove those that have shown they
were so far left for so many years, instead
see how Obama and his agenda is going to take
us all into being a 3rd world country if they don't work hard to get Brown elected.

Jim, good point and I agree. It does take
courage to do what they are doing. Thank God
they have seen how America is being destroyed.
Posted by: Wild Thing at January 18, 2010 12:04 AM
Tom, that says it all. It sure is exactly what
you said.
"This race is a referendum on obama, Pelosi and Reid."

darthcrUSAderworldtour07 Teabagging is a homosexual practice that is not engaged in by Tea Partiers, not even by the Lady Godiva wing. (Working Girls out in Navada.)
It ia all very exciting around here but we can not bet that the vote will not be stolen next Tuesday.
Posted by: Avitar at January 18, 2010 12:20 AM
Avitar, oh my gosh! Thank you Avitar, I had
no clue about that at all.
I think regarding the vote on Tuesday we have
to keep calling people we know if they live there. Keep emailing friends and family and anyone else too. Plus support Brown and pray
pray pray. I agree we cannot slack off and we know
how the democrats steal elections all the time. It is VERY scary.
