Obama Finds Another Bush Hating Church To Go To
Barack Obama attending church yesterday at the Vermont Avenue Baptist Church in Washington DC.
The pastor of the church praised Barack Obama and then took cheap shots at George Bush and Obama's critics. The pastor said, "it took them about eight years to mess it all up, I can't see why they don't have a little bit of patience while you're fixing it up."
It took the Obama family months to find a new church but he must have felt right at home today.
The pastor at the Sunday Service bashed Bush and the GOP. Barack then got up and told the congregation that he felt right at home.

Do you realize that if that was a White Church that had said those political statements from the pulpit, they would most likely loose their tax exempt status.

One of my first thoughts also BobF. There is a definite double standard. Black churches are hotbeds of political activity. Many Black pastors(the Reverand Corps) seem to have lives dedicated more to pushing liberal politics than pushing God.
