Judge Napolitano on State of the Union Address and Obama Mixing Up Constitution and Declaration of Independence

It is in our Declaration of Independence that we read:
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

First of all he uses the word 'notion' as if this is not quite defined and he is not sure if everyone is created equal. Constitution or Declaration of Independence, the idea he portrays is chilling.
Second, he refuses to use the word 'Unalienable or inalienable' Rights. Meaning they are given by God and can not be taken away by some schlepp in the white house. Those are 'Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness.' These are the Rights he has a problem with. The Constitution and the Declaration of Independence give the People too much freedom.
Looking at these three rights, we see his administration is totally against. First, Abortion that is the lefts most sacred sacrament, then two, all of these restrictive confiscatory taxes, that takes away Liberty and finally, Pursuit of happiness, which is basically dependent upon a free market and the ability of an individual to do the best he can to earn the most he can in the form of a profit,is all taken away. All for the good of the state.
Our system isn't perfect but it's the best that has ever been presented. This bastard wants to take that all away from us and leave us in the ashes of a once great country, while he keeps the spoils of the office and his life just gets sweeter and better, while we are left with the bill to pay for his new extravagant lifestyle.
He knew exactly what he was saying and said it with a purpose of derision and condemnation of the system he wants to destroy.

Great analysis Mark. I also believe that obama has an agenda contrary to The Constitution and The Declaration of Independence. obama's govt. is one in which a dictator with a hand picked group of czars runs America with an iron fist. Everyone would be equal, equally subserviant to the govt. His would be a Saul Alinsky type govt. Communist in all respects. Of course, the ruling class would be wealthy and exempt from the common laws of the land.
