Democrat Martha Coakley DANGEROUS For America!
A new ad from the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee uses an unlikely symbol of Wall Street greed: the World Trade Center.
The image in the attack on Scott Brown for his alleged closeness to Wall Street pictures the Trade Center and the destroyed Marriott Hotel on its western side.
A National Republican Senatorial Committee spokesman, Brian Walsh, attacked its use.
“Using the image of a site where over 2,700 Americans died in a terrorist attack to distort Scott Brown’s position on regulating Wall Street is both distasteful and disrespectful. Martha Coakley should immediately renounce this ad and call for it to be removed from the airwaves,” he said.
A spokesman for the DSCC, Eric Schultz, said the image should not have appeared in the ad and that it was being pulled and aired with a different image.
The ad is no longer on YouTube; but the above is an image of what it had at the beginning of the original ad.
Democrat Martha Coakley was on with Ken Pittman from WBSM in Massachusetts today. Martha told Ken that if you object to abortion and are a devout Catholic then…
“You can have religious freedom but you probably shouldn’t work in the emergency room.”
From the interview:
From the interview:
Ken Pittman: Right, if you are a Catholic, and believe what the Pope teaches that any form of birth control is a sin. ah you don’t want to do that.
Martha Coakley: No we have a seperation of church and state Ken, lets be clear.
Ken Pittman: In the emergency room you still have your religious freedom.
Martha Coakley: (……uh, eh…um..) The law says that people are allowed to have that. You can have religious freedom but you probably shouldn’t work in the emergency room.

Martha Coakley on Afghanistan: Mission Accomplished
Martha’s Coakley’s mission is to skedaddle from Afghanistan because the Taliban are gone… “They’re not there anymore.”
On Monday Senate Candidate Martha Coakley told Massachusetts voters that it was time to pull out of Afghanistan. Coakley said she was not sure there was a way to succeed.
“I think we have done what we are going to be able to do in Afghanistan. I think that we should plan an exit strategy. Yes. I’m not sure there is a way to succeed. If the goal was and the mission in Afghanistan was to go in because we believed that the Taliban was giving harbor to terrorists. We supported that. I supported that. They’re gone. They’re not there anymore.”
.
On the talk radio show, "Nightside With Dan Rea," Coakley labels Rudy Giuliani as a Yankee fan, then goes on to bizarrely describe Brown supporter Curt Schilling, the great former Red Sox pitcher, as a Yankee fan as well.
THIS is REALLY pathetic! Yesterday Coakley said Red Sox great Curt Schilling was a Yankee fan.~ Wild Thing
LMAO!!!!
Curt Schilling was already upset that she dissed Fenway Park fans. He ought to be really impressed with this latest comment.
Curt Schilling lashes out at Martha Coakley
Schilling highlighted the blog post following a Boston Globe article quoting Coakley’s response to concerns that she hasn’t been campaigning enough during the tight race.
“As opposed to standing outside Fenway Park? In the cold? Shaking hands?” Coakley was quoted saying, apparently referencing a Brown ad where he greets supporters outside Fenway.
Former Red Sox [team stats] ace Curt Schilling [stats] ripped Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Martha Coakley today for dissing his beloved Fenway Park map, saying the remark shows her “elitism and arrogance unbelievably.”
“It’s Massachusetts. You do not make sneering insults about Fenway Park. What’s she going to do next, insult the Red Sox?” wrote Schilling in his blog, 38 Pitches. “She’s apparently been trying to win the title of Worst Political Campaign Ever.”
And from Curt's own Blog he also responds to being called a Yankee Fan:
"I’ve been called a LOT of things, But never, and I mean never, could anyone ever make the mistake of calling me a Yankee fan. Well, check that, if you didn’t know what the hell is going on in your own state maybe you could."
.
Coakley resides in Medford, Massachusetts, with her husband, Thomas F. O’Connor, Jr.
Yesterday her husband Tom’s old work buddies the Cambridge Police Patrol Officers Association slammed Martha Coakley for assuming they supporter her and endorsed Scott Brown for United States Senator.
The 212 member Cambridge Police Patrol Officers Association voted to endorse State Senator Scott Brown for United States Senator in next Tuesday’s election against Attorney General Martha Coakley. CPSOA’s President released the following letter yesterday:
All Members,
Members of our Association have inquired and requested that we endorse Scott Brown in the upcoming election against Martha Coakley. Ms. Coakley along with some of her campaign workers have talked publicly about how her husband is a retired Cambridge Police Officer, giving appearances that she is being endorsed by the Cambridge Police. This may be an innocent insinuation but most do take this as our giving her our support and endorsement. Yesterday, the CPPOA Executive Board voted to endorse State Senator Scott Brown in the upcoming election for US Senate. In an 11 to 2 vote, the Executive Board voted overwhelmingly in favor of the endorsement. We do not endorse anyone who advocates changes in the health care that take away any bargaining rights or increases our cost along with our contributions. Senator Brown does not support the Comprehensive Healthcare Reform Bill and promises to be the 41st vote to ensure its defeat.
The current leadership at the state house, as we all know and have seen over the past two years, have an agenda to dismantle all of our hard earned bargained benefits and they will continue to dismantle these until there is a complete change from the top down. Martha Coakley is part of this Massachusetts leadership and she will continue with this agenda, only now it will be at the capital level and we need to stop it. So today, we the members of the Cambridge Police Patrol Officers Association endorse Scott Brown for the senate seat vacated by Senator Kennedy.
Fraternally,
Stephen Killion
President Cambridge Police
Patrol Officers Association.
The Cambridge Police Patrol Officers Association is a founding member of the MMPC

Wild Thing's comment...........
Whew wow she is really horrible, but typical as a democrat. And DUMB, oh my gosh . She is too stupid for words! LOL I don’t think Coakley knows the difference between the Boston Red Sox, Sox the cat, and Argyle Sox. Next Coakley will say "Curt Schilling throws like a GIRL!"
Martha Coakley is making Edmund Muskie and Gary Hart look like brilliant campaigners.
It isnt often that you get to see someone self destruct on the campaign trail.

She's "dumb" and "really stupid".... so what you are saying, Chrissie, is that Cokley is a perfect replacement for Turdy Kennedy and a good representation of Mass. voters?
What kills me is that the media glossed over her being the state Atty. General and yet she didn't intervene and raise hell when her associate MUGGED the reporter who tried to get her thoughts on the election. This woman is freaking clueless... which will speaks volumes about a body of voters who might elect such a POS to be their US Senator.
I have been unemployed since last March, I'd be right in there with the Tea Party folks sending contributions to Mr. Brown's election fund.
God Bless Mr. Brown and may the best man win in Mass.

The Red Sox, the Patriots, the Bruins, and the Celtics are sacred in Massachusetts, any one with half a brain should know rule number 1 don't insult Sports fans, especially when you want something from them like their vote.
It looks like things are changing in Mass. the Kennedys have owned that state since Ole Joe was running illegal 'hooch'. That explains all the drunks in that family, their fondness for the grape is in their DNA.
Coakly is stupid the People of Massachusetts are finally given a choice and they seem to like the idea of being able to vote for someone besides a Kennedy or a Kennedy Clone.

Martha Coakley, like most Democrat Politicians, and like far too many Americans don't know squat about separation of Church and State, need some education. In my more than 69 years on the planet, I have never seen a true infraction of "Church and State". It means ONLY that the government will not tell us what church we MUST follow. Nothing more, nothing less. Putting the 10 commandments in a courthouse, putting a nativity scene on a city hall lawn, or praying before a senate session are in no way "violations of church and state". In this great country, Athiests, Buddists, Hindus, and yes, even Muslims enjoy freedoms and securities that CHRISTIAN thinking patriots instilled for them. As a kid, at Baseball games, I am sure that there was an athiest or two in attendance as the chaplain led us in prayer. I didn't see any of them crapping their panties over it then, and those who do now demonstrate just how petty they are. Would anyone care to venture what this country would be like today, or even if it would have endured until today if we only allowed athiests to write the books on how we would form our nation and its laws?
I have no problem in telling these "separationists", to "get a life". Try it, it works, and it feels good after you've told them.
"Never Forget 9/11/01 or 11/5/09 and the lives lost or affected then."
