You don't go closing STRATCOM! I know, I live about 5 miles from Offutt. Those kids are our ears to the world. But Obama would like nothing better than to blame someone else for his bad choice of closing it when we get attacked again. But even if Nelson votes no, they still have enough steam to pass it just in time to give every American a big old lump of coal for Christmas!

This 'Health Care' bill is all about CONTROL it has nothing to do with porviding health care. As it stands now there are still 25 million people Uninsured.

The only way they can pass this is if Susan Collins goes over to the other side. They need a 60 vote majority. That was the cloture vote 2 weeks ago.

So if the Republicans remain adamant and Nelson refuses to vote with his demos the bill is dead.

It takes more than Obama and his minions to close a military instillation. A whole series of things has to take place, including a BRAC Commission. By time all that took place hopefully Conservative Republicans will be controlling both houses of Congress. Unfortunately, Joe Citizen doesn't know that and would exert extreme pressure on Nelson to cave into Obama. Al Capone would be proud of his legacy in Washington.

Proof this bastard has finally abdicated his first requirement as POTUS: National Security. Time for legal action to dismiss him of his duties. In the real world we would NEVER put up with such shenanigans or tyranny, from ANYONE!!!

I just got back from my second day this week outside of ben's office here in Omaha.

I have been outside his office with the 9-12'ers and the Minuteman Patriots every week since this past summer. I used to show up with sign and a lawn chair and ice water, now I am there with full winter gear and HOT coffee as yesterday we were there in -12 windchill temps, it was a little warmer today but still cold enough.

What he does is votes FOR cloture when they have the votes in hand knowing that he can then later vote AGAINST the bill itself when they only need the 51 votes for passage that way he can come back to Ne and tell us "bumpkins" that he voted AGAINST it and that we should vote for him again.

WELL NO MORE we are wise to his lying and he will be out next election if the protests outside his office is any indicator at all!!!!!!

Never in my 65 years have I felt so sad for the younger American citizens.
Over the last twenty years or so the liberal institutions have formidably re-written most of our history, have you all forgotten that Stalinist Russia, did this very thing to undermine the intellectual thinkers of his time, and those that did not survive the thumb screws, were sent to the Siberian work camps never to return.
We do not know just where we will be sent just yet, but Ram noted in a address the other day that many of us are undesirables, and do not deserve the freedoms of free voting, and constitutional rights, directing remarks to those that appose the newly consecrated political leader, "After all he won along with the liberal units, and they have the right to change the face of America, or do they?
The President has shown us all over and above board tactics of complete sophomoric actions, or are they?
If you follow any anti-government theories, then this would fit in as well.
Overwhelm the government with social programs designed to bankrupt the treasury, make promises to all the non-tax paying voters, they want the gov hand outs, and further the social system, bring the war prisoners to New York under the guise of American Constitutional rights for all, and let the Constitution fail and you have a new cry for a re-write; do not mistake anything that comes out of the DC area.

My question to you, where have you been ? You are not the only one who reached his golden years there are a few of us here and the condescention is unappreciated.

You ask what health care is all about. It is about installing a system of control, ( that is why obama don't care what's in it as long as he has the basic policy to start with in reshaping America. Obama says the constitution offers only negative rights that's where he is coming from) of the people, with this Health Care, they have created 111, one hundred and eleven brand new Bureaucracies all to better control our every move. Health Care is secondary to this agenda. You won't be able to move without violating some Health care tenant. This will be the first time the government has ever mandated the American People buy from the government. That is unconstitutional.

With the new debt of almost 14 Trillion dollars, a deficit almost 1.5 trillion and a current budget way over 3 Trillion dollars, the country is in bad shape. But when you consider the unfunded Liabilities which add up to an astronomical sum of 106 Trillion dollars, this white house has mortgaged the future of our great grand children. The interest on the debt alone NOW is 350 Billion dollars to date.

And with the new debt ceiling of 1.8 Trillion this will push the National debt higher.

is mainly one thing, total control over the
population of this country. They don't care
if people want it or not. They know they can
lie and say it is what people want but they
even know that is a total lie.
