Obama and His Administration Tip Off Al-Qaeda in Yemen
Officials: U.S., Yemen reviewing targets for possible strike

The U.S. and Yemen are now looking at fresh targets in Yemen for a potential retaliation strike, two senior U.S. officials told CNN Tuesday, in the aftermath of the botched Christmas Day attack on an airliner that al Qaeda in Yemen claims it organized.
The officials asked not to be not be identified because of the sensitive nature of the information. They both stressed the effort is aimed at being ready with options for the White House if President Obama orders a retaliatory strike. The effort is to see whether targets can be specifically linked to the airliner incident and its planning.
U.S. special operations forces and intelligence agencies, and their Yemeni counterparts, are working to identify potential al Qaeda targets in Yemen, one of the officials said. This is part of a new classified agreement with the Yemeni government that the two countries will work together and that the U.S. will remain publicly silent on its role in providing intelligence and weapons to conduct strikes.

The intelligence official, who is familiar with the FBI's interrogation of Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, said the bombing suspect has boasted of his jihad training during interrogation by the FBI and has said it included final exhortations by Mr. al-Awlaki.
"It was Awlaki who indoctrinated him," the official said. "He was told, 'You are going to be the tip of the spear of the Muslim nation.'"
Rep. Pete Hoekstra of Michigan, the top Republican on the House Intelligence Committee, has said an al-Awlaki/Abdulmutallab link "appears" to be the case.
"It appears that just like with Major Hasan, Awlaki played a role in this," he told ABC News. "All roads point back to Yemen; they point back to Awlaki. I think it is a pretty deadly combination."
According to the U.S. intelligence official, Mr. Abdulmutallab cited Maj. Hasan in his interrogations, but only to praise his religion's diversity, as "an example of how Islam accepts even American soldiers."

Yes, Obamanation is the biggest idiot this side of the Mississippi River. I swear he can't pour water out of boot with instructions on the heel, but the media just adores him. They are so in love on how he spills the beans about everything our troopers are doing and gets our kids injured and killed along the way and yet our kids are the bad guys? I can't stand how the young, wet behind the ears, skulls full of mush voted this wackjob in. It's almost as if they really want the government to just hand everything to them so they don't have to work. Where in the heck did they learn that? I was taught that if you don't work, you don't eat.

The only possible explanation for him to have given a heads up to his buddies in Yemen - short of the fact that they all share the same cult religion which, I guess, makes them kin in a sense - is that he is afraid one of his [real life] half-brothers is going to get killed. Or something.

Today obama blamed Bush. All his fault, it was a systemic failure of policies installed over the past 8 years. Of course he failed to define what exactly his administration has done the past year. Obviously they were asleep at the switch if the, System, is so badly broken. Why haven't they looked at all the system to determine if they are workable. All he's done, the truth be told, is to weaken the entire system. His argument is hollow this is the first time, this past year, that we've been attacked in over 8 years. And he knows it.
I wouldn't worry too much about attacking the Yemeni Al Qaeda, it took him 6 months to send some troops to Afghanistan then it turns out only 10,000 were actually combat troops the rest were back up personnel.
This man doesn't have the stones to attack Yemen. Obama's Carter on steroids.

The jerk talks this way because he has NO OTHER TOOLS in his skill set. He is a vast wasteland! It is almost word-for-word the same schoolyard bully talk he gave a Congressman recently (I forget who) that he "...will remember..." the congressman's lack of support (probably the gov't takeover bill the jerk calls healthcare reform). As if he is taking names for his own hit list. It is the one-hit wonder single-minded thug view. And this is extremely SCARY!!!!! In other words he talks to America just as he talks to our enemies. So very sickening! Please lock the WH doors before he gets back to DC and throw the d--n key away!
