Al Qaeda Takes Credit for Plot Of Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab and Ft. Hood Terrorist Nidal Hasan
Al Qaeda's affiliate in Yemen claimed responsibility for the attack on Northwest Flight 253, and U.S. officials said the claim appears valid -- the clearest indication yet that the attempted takedown wasn't just the work of a lone radical inspired by Islamist rhetoric, as some investigators initially believed.
A statement attributed to the group "al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula" claimed it was retaliating for what it says was the U.S.'s role in a recent Yemeni military offensive on al Qaeda, according to a translation by the Middle East Media Research Institute. The statement, accompanied by a photo of the suspect, said the "high-tech device". Abdulmutallab carried had had a "technical" problem.
"The claim at this point appears valid," said one U.S. counterterrorism official. However, the depth of the relationship between the terror group and Abdulmutallab is still unclear.
The explosive used by Abdulmutallab, a substance known as PETN, is believed to have been used in the attempted assassination in late August of Prince Mohammed bin Nayef, the Saudi deputy interior minister and point man on the war on terror. Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula claimed responsibility for that attack.
Abdulmutallab's method of concealing the device -- sewn into his underwear, where security personnel are unlikely to conduct a pat down -- is similar to the Saudi attack.

In the latest press release by Al Qaeda where they took responsibility for the terrorist attempt on the plane in Detroit they said the following:
“We call on every soldier working in the crusader armies and puppet governments to repent to allah and follow the example of the hero Moujahid brother Nidal Hasan, and kill with all available tools every crusader to bring victory to religion of allah and to keep his word in the land.”
From the context of the press release by “every soldier” they mean “every muslim soldier working in the US military and other Western militaries”.
So now it is official, terrorist "Nidal Hasan" the terrorist that attacked Fort Hood is an Al Qaeda.
Below is the full translation of the Al Qaeda press release taking responsibility for the terrorist attempt on the plane in Detroit. Also in this press release Al Qaeda terrorists call for attacks against US and Western embassies and they claim that they have developped an explosive that cannot be detected and this is the explosive used by terrorist "Omar Al Farouq" on the Detroit plane. Al Qaeda terrorists vowed that they are going to try again until they succeed.

And we're surprised by this fact? There are more than 25 terrorists in training in Yemen, I can guarantee that. Every little nation on the face of the planet now wants a piece of the United States. I told my father when I was in junior high, after having to write an essay on the future of America and my teacher flunked me for saying that every nation would want a piece of us in the future. My dad believed me. And now look what's happening. Scary to think you might have some psychic power or that you're just forward thinking enough to see through the rose colored glasses.

So looks like while the big Obama was sleeping hoping like heck this terrorist thing would go away Al-Queda has agreed to support the two events. Now the real question is DID they or are they just taking credit for them, to bolster their evaporating place in the terrorist world. Both of these guys screwed up which only points to one fact, Terrorists are running out of Smart suicide bombers..Hmm that's an interesting statement
