Our Awesome Marines and Vaklour IT....Come and Meet Lava from "From Baghdad With Love"
When Marines enter an abandoned house in Fallujah, Iraq, and hear a suspicious noise, they clench their weapons, edge around the corner, and prepare to open fire.

Thanks SOOO much for posting this WT! What a heart-melting story. I WILL own the book - and will bring it back with me from my trip to the States in February.

I think it is great that a lot of troops in Iraq have been able to get their adopted dogs and service dogs back to the States. That wasn't possible in Vietnam. We had to leave our animals behind.

Nothing like a dog to heal the soul, not to take a thing away from a good cat. Visited my fur faced friends yesterday, nothing compares to a 90lb lab thinking he's a baby in your lap. I echo your words Tom, we left ours behind too.
