FEDERAL JUDGE Carter sets Trial Date for Obama's Eligibility!!!

The expedited trial has been set for Jan. 26, 2010, just 4 1/2 months from now!
I and many other concerned veterans and citizens attended the hearing today in Federal Court in Santa Ana in the lawsuit against Barack Obama to determine his eligibility to be President and Commander in Chief.. About 150 people showed up, almost all in support of the lawsuit to demand that Obama release his birth certificate and other
records that he has hidden from the American people.
Judge David Carter refused to hear Obama's request for dismissal today, instead setting a hearing date for Oct. 5, 2009 since Obama's attorneys had just filed the motion on Friday. He indicated there was almost no chance that this case would be dismissed. Obama is arguing this lawsuit was filed in the wrong court if you can believe that. I guess Obama would prefer a "kangaroo court" instead of a Federal court! Assuming Judge Carter denies Obama's motion for dismissal, he will likely then order expedited discovery which will force Obama to release his birth certificate in a timely manner (if he has one).
The judge, WHO IS A FORMER U.S. MARINE, repeated several times that this is A VERY SERIOUS CASE which must be resolved quickly so that the troops know that their Commander in Chief is eligible to hold that position and issue lawful orders to our military in this time of war. He basically said OBAMA MUST PROVE HIS ELIGIBILITY to the
court! He said Americans deserve to know the truth about their President!
The two U.S. Attorneys representing Barack Obama tried everything they could to sway the judge that this case was frivolous, but Carter would have none of it and cut them off several times.. Obama's attorneys left the courtroom after about the 90 minute hearing looking defeated and nervous.
Great day in America for the U.S. Constitution!!! The truth about Barack Obama's eligibility will be known fairly soon -Judge Carter practically guaranteed it!

“Meanwhile in Santa Ana, U.S. District Judge Carter continues not only to consider a similar suit by Taitz, but has weathered incomplete fillings by Taitz, her effort to expel two of her clients from the case (rejected), her request that a magistrate judge be removed from the case (denied), her effort to boot a fellow attorney from the case (unlikely), and her effort to have a witness deliver testimony during an administrative hearing (denied).”

The “fate of the Free World” may well indeed rest with Judge Carter. The pressure on Judge Carter must be incredible by now. Pray for justice and the health and safety of Judge Carter and Orly.
The almost $2 million spent by Obama to keep his life a secret speaks for itself as well.
Obama does not have any more right to privacy vis-a-vis employment eligibility as anyone else. You can see the entire thread of manipulation of our society in the past 20 years culminating in this candidate. Question him or his eligibility, you’ll be labeled a racist. Political Correctness keeps us from expressing truth and common sense. What’s black is now white, what is wrong, now right. We have been manipulated just for this moment, so no one will shout out that the Emperor wears no clothes. Obama, Pelosi, Reid, McCain, most of the Democrat Party, many of the Repulicans, many in the MSM, should be brought up on charges of Conspiracy to Commit Treason. Most should be swinging from a lamppost.

Oh this makes my day! Fantastic. Well maybe that POS Obama can deliver his certificate, but I doubt it. Let the truth prevail!
I needed this good piece of news after reading that the EPA is moving to regulate "green house gasses" from the US industry. One more step towards fascism and poverty created by our own government!

Finally! Someone with balls enough to take on the case. Someone who knows a bit about the Constitution. But I look for them to try and force him out the next time he's up for a vote. They will make his life a living hell so he'll drop the case. He needs to stay the course and not let anything get in his way of a good and fair ruling.

Thanks WT, I hope this leads to impeachment of Obama, Pelosi and all involved in the cover up, if that means all 535 members it would be a blessing. Why was the Constitutional statement omitted on the final Obama certification document Pelosi endorsed?

Put me down for "he's a citizen but his real dad is Frank Marshall Davis and his mom was really his sister" in the conspiracy derby. That would make him a natural born cit, which is why the FBI CIA, etc., aren't concerned about the birth cert.
Of course, I've probably had way too much time (going on two years now) to contemplate Zero's mysterious past.
What I'm most curious about is all the other stuff he has hidden, school records, law records, senate records, etc., and most of all "where the money came from."
He's sooooo a Davis. Check out the relationship of Valerie Jarrett, her husband's dad Vernon, the Communist Party and ties to Frank M Davis, who was pals with the Dunhams. Davis bragged about having a white couple he had swinging sex with. Frank was in Zero's book, and probably how he got to Chicago.
Who needs soap operas. It may all be crazy speculation, but it's fascinating. Hopefully our OUT, as well. Joe Biden couldn't organize a one car parade, but I don't think he hates America.

What happens when the one cannot produce a birth certificate? Under the constitution, a President can only be removed from office by impeachment. That means only Pelosi's House of Representative can begin removing' Obama. Unless the states call a constitutional Convention that is the only way. Do you think that a body that would elect Pelosi Speaker cares about the constitution, unless some thing happens to Biden, since the Speaker becomes President after the Vice President?
It would keep him off the 2012 ballot but he cannot be removed by any court.

Now this is real Hope. This judge may be a key that starts unraveling the obama mysteries. Like Eden, I am also curious about school records, passports and financing. We know enough about his Chicago mob connections to realize obama fits the definition of a crook.

My thought is that if Obama really is foreign born, then the entire DNC should be penalized. After all they were responsible for vetting their candidate.
Good time to start eliminating political party status quo.
While we're at it, no more then 8 yrs in ANY elected office.
And the person in the oval office needs to spend 6 - 8 yrs in military uniform.
