George wonders how mandates on the middle class is not a tax increase on the middle class ... why he even went to the dictionary to see the definition of taxes. The One's response ... I don't care what the dictionary says ... it's not a tax increase. Nuance!
Obama tells us that relying on the definition listed by Merriam-Webster is "stretching." Instead, we should just accept his position: the dictionary is wrong, let's move on.

OBAMA: No. That's not true, George. The… ?for us to say that you've got to take a responsibility to get health insurance is absolutely not a tax increase. Obama shares about his philosophy of government and how he defines a tax increase. It turns out the President thinks a health-care tax is not a tax if he thinks the tax is for your own good. So, a tax is NOT a tax !
Ever notice how Obama always sounds like he's chastising people like they're a bunch of little children who just can't understand. Now he feels the need to redefine the dictionary too!!
And the look on George’s face was priceless. It was like he couldn’t believe what he was hearing.
Obama is an insane moron. I think he actually believes his “gift” will make you believe whatever he says.

When a man like Stephanopolous, who has been in THE ONE'S corner from the get go, begins to ask questions like this, and keeps up the discussion, as he did, it shows that all of the Tea Parties had an efect.
The reaction by 'the Fraud', when confronted, is so typical of the Lefty mind set. Ignore the facts, and just resort to badgering and shouting down the opponent.

You beat me to it SEAN. I agree with both your points. Stephanoppoulos may not like being put down when he is making a valid point.
obama compares health insurance to auto insurance. I wonder if illegals will be exempted from mandatory health insurance like they are from auto insurance.

If we have to pay a premium or a tax it is extra and something we didn't have to pay before his stupid plan came along. He can call it what he wants but the bottomline we the people will have less money that before he stole the white house.
