Sen. Arlen Specter ~Those Not Wanting Obamacare "Not Necessarily Representative of America"
"These people have a right to be organized," Specter said on CBS' "The Early Show" Wednesday. "I'm not going to complain about the fact that they are organized. They have a right to do that and they have a right to speak. But I think we ought to understand that they're not necessarily representative of America."

Wild Thing's comment.......
Old Arlen Specter needs a pink slip, a nice bright shiny PINK slip then the boot out the door.
What a supid comment to make. Conservatives are not some fringe group and also among the protesters of the Obamacare bill are not only Conservatives, but Republicans, Democrats and Independents, and also Libertarians. So somewhere in there he is saying this about people that voted for his sorry a$$.

I wonder if Spectre has been a horse's ass all of his life or if he had to grow slowly into it.
No matter, one of the Nurses my wife has to work with, a co worker and Obamacare supporter, Stanley Zuber, leftist self-serving know it all, has even called Spectre a Republican on national TV, CNN interview and I guess he made it to Greta van Susteren. Didn't see that one.
Spector's carreer is toast. The democrats don't even want him. Which is good, spectre is an imcombubant and no other dem can run against. This time Bush can't bail his ass out either. He has made a lot of enemies at these Town Hall meetings too. These kind of statements don't endear him to the voters. He may get Philadelphia but the rest of the state is angry.

Fascinating, watching all of these politicians running around in circles.
They have stirred up a hornets' nest among the "Unwashed Masses".
The statements being made by this horse's ass and others, shows how really far out of touch they are with their constituencies.
There are enough people who truly value the freedoms that this country provides, and when those freedoms are threatened, we have Tea Parties, Town Hall disruptions, and the like.
The old saw, "You can fool all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you cannot fool all of the people all of the time." Is certainly ringing true, isn't it!

Specter is a POS. If the townhalls had been supportive of his liberal agenda he would be telling us how important they were.
He has obviously picked up very quickly his old ways with the Donkey Party. Bussing in paid demonstrators is as old an idea as busses. If his career in Congress is on it's last gasps, all the better.

I agree with everything all of you have said.
I hope and pray the next election that get
rid of Specter and vote him the heck out for
good.
