HR3200 ~ Let's Call it What It Is Genocide and Robbing Your Bank Account
Proposed Obamacare national health insurance plan would dictate Medications, treatments and mental health services, choose for you the coverage's you are allowed to have and operate with real-time access to individuals' bank accounts, according to a new analysis of the hundreds of pages of plans.
And it's worse, a critic said, than China's mandatory one-child policy.
"In the same way that the bill pushes elderly or the sick toward euthanasia, it is a pill that would cause economic suicide," said Mathew Staver, founder of Liberty Counsel. "It's a euthanasia bill for America."
Members of Congress have admitted that they have not read the more-than-1,000-page plan, and Staver's organization is one of the first to go through it and offer an analysis of what it would accomplish.
In the Liberty Counsel analysis, he notes that under Section 163, the government would be allowed to have real-time access to individuals' finances, including direct access to bank accounts for electronic funds transfers.
Under Section 1308, the analysis finds, the government will dictate marriage and family therapy as well as mental health services, including the definitions of those treatments.

Under Section 1401, a Center for Comparative Effectiveness Research would be set up, creating a bureaucracy through which federal employees coujld determine whether any treatment is " comparatively effective" for any individual based on the cost, likely success and probably the years left in life.
It also, according to Staver, "covers abortions, transsexual surgeries, encourages counseling as to how many children you should have, whether you should increase the interval between children."
The plan would allow, in Section 1401, for the collection of information about individuals' health records, both "published and unpublished," and will recommend policies to allow for public access to data.
"It reflects a repressive regime worse than China's one-child policy," Staver told WND. "It's going down the road for a government that manages the most intimate matters of your life regarding health and safety."
Further, the plan is created to be the "only game in town," he said. And as people age or get sicker, it includes mandatory "consultations" to end your life, he said.
The Liberty Counsel staff that did the research was concerned about some of the issues, and dug into the details of the proposal.
"What they found astonished us," the organization said.
In a commentary written by J. Matt Barber, who also serves as director of cultural affairs for Liberty Counsel, he said the result shows the influence of those who now surround President Obama.
"His choice of Harvard professor and self-styled 'neo-Malthusian' John Holdren as 'science czar' provides the latest and perhaps most trouble example of just how bad American really muffed it last November," he wrote.
"In the name of population control, Holdren has advocated both forced abortion and compulsory sterilization through government-administered tainting of the water supply. In a book he co-authored, entitled 'Ecoscience: Population, Resouorces, Environment, ' Holdren calls for a 'Planetary Regime' to enforce mandatory abortions and limit the use of natural resources," he wrote.
Staver noted the dangers of such influences, such as John Holdren's suggestion to implant sterility capsules in girls at puberty, extracting them only when they obtain government permission to have children. For men, the discussion has centered around additives to water to cause sterility.
Barber wrote that Holdren has affirmed he believes there is "ample authority" under the U.S. Constitution for population growth to be "regulated."
"Even ... laws requiring compulsory abortion … could be sustained under the existing Constitution," Holdren suggested.
Nina May, founder of Renaissance Women, added to the arguments. She cited a 1948 Hitchcock movie about murder where the victim's body is hidden in plain sight.
"The health care bill that Obama proposes has this theme at its core and has in its crosshairs, the Baby Boomer engine that is pulling the derailed economy as it takes its final lap toward retirement.
In less than two years, Baby Boomers will begin retiring in multitudes, expecting to reclaim the hard earned money they have been paying into Social Security. But this Health Care Bill, HR3200, has other plans for them," she wrote.
"Those 65 and older will be required to undergo mandatory 'end of life' counseling to determine if they are worthy to continue to not only live, but take much needed resources from those who are younger and more worthy to receive them. Counselors will be trained to discuss how to end life sooner, how to decline nutrition and hydration, how to go into hospice, etc.," she said.
"This will not be done without coercion. For those who have amassed assets enough to take care of themselves in their old age will have these assets confiscated in the name of fiscal responsibility, because by this time, every citizen will be entered into a national database under the guise of improved efficiency. This database will be run by a type of 'star chamber,' appointed by the president, that will determine whether or not you deserve the much needed operation your personal doctor thinks you need," she said.
The Liberty Counsel analysis also pointed out the government would be allowed to ration health care procedures, prevent "judicial review" of its decision, tell doctors what income they can have, impose new taxes for anyone not having an "acceptable" coverage, regulate whether seniors can have wheelchairs, penalize hospitals or doctors whose patients require "readmission," prevent the expansion of hospitals and set up procedures for home visits by health care analysts.
Under Section 440, Liberty Counsel said, the government "will design and implement Home Visitation Program for families with young kids and families that expect children." And Section 194 provides for a program that has the government "coming into your house and teaching/telling you how to parent," LC said.
WND repoerted earlier iwhen Betsy McCaughey, the former New York state officer , told former president candidate Fred Thompson during an interview on his radio program the health care plan includes consultations for seniors on how to die.
"One of the most shocking things is page 425, where the Congress would make it mandatory absolutely that every five years people in Medicare have a required counseling session," she said. "They will tell [them] how to end their life sooner."
The proposal specifically calls for the consultation to recommend "palliative care and hospice" for seniors in their mandatory counseling sessions. Palliative care and hospice generally focus only on pain relief until death.
The measure requires "an explanation by the practitioner of the continuum of end-of-life services and supports available."

The “culture of death” is in the driver's seat. They not only want to kill people off but rob their bank accounts along the way.
Not one day has passed since Obama took the over has been free of wrongs done by him. NOT ONE! He can't even take one day and NOT do something to destroy our country and our Constitution. On PAGE 57 at Section 163: There is no where you have any control of the transfer of money process, it is in lines 18/19 where it states “as the Secretary (of Healthcare) deems necessary”...that has nothing to do with asking perminssion from you.

And go scroll down to PAGE 59. In reading it, it is not just Seniors but includes them too. This is everybody’s bank account at risk.
On page 59 there is provision for the US Gov't to electronically transfer money out of your account, from your bank account. (paraphrased)
It begins on page 57-59, and as it relates to Healthcare bill, however it notes in lines of 18/19 I believe, that electronic transfer is as the Secreatary (??) deems...for the reasons appropriate. That could be a fine, healthcare bill, overpayment, or ‘WHATEVER’ the Secretary deems necessary. That is open ended. Pages 57-59 Section 163: IN lines 18/19 states Secretary as “deemed necessary electronic transferss”, which could be anything, although it is related to Healthcare.
Now has the Gov’t ever taken from people for wrong reasons, or made mistakes, or just arbitrarily made a decision that turns out to be bogus? Sure they have, and I don’t want my bank account available to their mistakes.

The government has NO rights to go into my bank account and do whatever it pleases. Did you know that if the IRS goes into your account and removes funds for back taxes, they are breaking a federal law? They are NOT allowed to do that, but no one ever fights back on it.
This bill stinks and it needs to die. They need to work on something else--make it portable to you. Richard and I had this idea where you make it nationwide (bigger pool for the healthcare companies) and buy it like you would car insurance. Bigger pools mean less premium. That way it's portable, you take it everywhere you go. You pick the plan, the deductibles, the copays,etc., that would work best for you and your family. It's so simple, a child could do it.
But they don't want simple, do they?

In 1977 or 78 I owed I don't know couple of hundred to IRS, they kept sending me letters I kept ignoring them, then one friday, I went to the bank, the day after payday, my account was empty, I had had a visit from the IRS. Yes they can take what ever they want.
But this Euthanasia Bill, is the worst. They will transfer your Accounts, 401's into their coffers at will with this new law. That is why it is so important to beat up on your congressman. I am serious they need a wake up call they work for us not the Democrat Party, not obama and certainly NOT Pelosi.
We must let them know that if they want to continue being a congressman then they had better start listening to their REAL boss, WE the People.

Well. obama did say the wealth needed to be redistributed. His Democrat Congressional and other government wogs(workers of govt) have been more than happy to step forward with proposals to do so.
If this healthcare bill passes the Constitutional Republic is dead. May not quite be in rigor mortis yet, but that will come with the Cap and Trade Bill.
If the government has access to your bank accounts the government pretty well controls your life. If you work hard and earn enough money for a bass boat or a kitchen update, you may have to ask the govt first if they are going to take that money for any reason.
You also may have to worry that they will deny you lifesaving medical care so they can just grab your bank accounts for their grand plan of wealth redistribution. When you die your hard earned holdings may not go to your loved ones and favored charities, but instead may go to a politician's junket or to fight syphillis in Liberia.

A few weeks ago, the sticking point was all about the cost. Now that there has been scrutiny of the bill itself, the alarming part is the absolute government control over your life and death. How can our legislators even consider bringing such a despicable pile of s**t to the House floor?? How morally bankrupt has this country become? No regard for the elderly, handicapped or seriously injured. How would they treat our wounded vets???

I have not been sick since the night of January 1, 2000. I felt like I had pneunomonia and was home alone as my wife and son were visiting on Long Island. I have not even had a headache since, but I am sick about Obama and where he is taking our country. Time to grab a beer.

It is wrong and I thought there was a law
against it, but I was wrong. One of the
stunt guys Nicholas knows had that happen
to him, it was a nightmare, because he
had written some checks that bounced
because of it. He called and told them
off and the man laughed at him on the
phone.

sometimes have to use regualar non VA
doc for things.
Your right, it started off we all were
upset about the cost as well. That is still
there too, but also as we find out the
details of it the outrage grows even more.
