God love Orly Taitz. She knows what she wants and how to get it. His story is starting to unravel. Bit by bit, piece by piece. I know my kids needed the actual state birth certificate to start school, so they must have needed his birth certificate for something like starting pre school or moving out of the country-something. I wonder if anyone can find the book online anywhere?

Hooooo Boy! Orly is bringing out the big guns now. From what I have read and understand about this. First, Hawaii, a lot of the references and information are acnecdotal, or hearsay and have to be proven. The State of Hawaii has said, they are true and nobody can dispute it, Yet. Of course any dispute would require an investigation into the already sealed records. So the investigation must find a new direction.

Second, this, if this certificate can be verified, meaning someone would have to sign a depostion swearing to its legitmacy, then Soetoro could be in heap big trouble.

This is good progress, this is not going away.

I've said it here before. I have a "feeling." And they are not "feelings" I take lightly. They've only happened a couple of times in my life.

My "feeling" is that we are going to see this man taken out - and by that I am hopeful we see him hog-tied - of the WH. It WILL all come undone for him. The three or four "feelings" I have had have all been 100% accurate. I know it all sounds weird, but please believe that I am not some kook with esp or anything like that going for her. My gosh - if I was - and if I had esp - I'd have guessed the right lottery numbers by now and we wouldn't be stuck in this third-world-s'hole. Right?

I just wonder what it means for our Country when all that is going to happen, happens. Dr. Manning says it all much, much better and more eloquently than I ever could.

Oh boy, this is hilarious. If true, Obama's reign will be over. Obama is surely hiding something, and I can't wait to find out what it is. I also wonder what statements he has made in his applications to law school and other college's, that he doesn't want the world to see. Did he claim to be Kenyan born so he could get a scholarship or benefit from quota's? I would not be surprised. I also wonder why these universitites comply with these requests to keep everything locked-up? Why? What do they get out of it? How much are they paid? By whom?
Oh, this is just getting started! No matter what some conservative magazines say, I'm glad somebody is going to the bottom of it.

Okay, so here's my take on why Obama wouldn't have a LONG FORM Birth Certificate from Hawaii, and would have a Registraion of Birth from Kenya, and a Certificate of Live Birth from Hawaii... ready kiddies? Here we go, hang on, its going to be a bumpy ride!

Obama was born in Kenya, thus the reason for the Registration of Birth from Kenya. However, because at least one of his parents was a United States citizen, Obama could have gotten a Certificate of Live Birth from Hawaii upon his mother's return to Hawaii. All this document proves is a live birth to a US citizen. Now, let's keep going shall we?

Remember, there is an issue with how Obama could have gone to school in Indonesia because at the time Indonesia had a law that allowed only Indonesian children to attend the school Obama attended. Thus Obama lost his US citizenship, as the United States does not allow dual citizenship, and Obama became an Indonesian citizen.

Once Obama returned a few years later to Hawaii to live with his grandmother, he became a US citizen again, thus he would ONLY have a certificate of live birth, and no LONG FORM birth certificate would exist because he gave up his US citizenship to be an Indonesian citizen (via his mother and step-father).

This could be the missing key of why Obama does not show a long form birth certificate. And it makes sense.

Im still working on how the passport issue plays into all of this.

Maybe Orly is using this to flush the Hawaii long-form certificate (if there IS one) out into the open.

I'm thinkin' I wouldn't want to be in court as a defendant and look over to see her at the other table.

As someone who is seriously not up on this and has only been following it from a distance, what's the real issue here? Is it that he's simply a bad liar? (which he's already proved) Or is the point that his citizenship, thus his presidency, is in doubt?

I ask because my wife and have assumed he's eligible to be president because he's a citizen no matter where he was born, by virtue of his mother's citizenship. Is that assumption correct?

In a nutshell; To be a Natural Born (which is required under the Constitution to be eligible for Prez) BOTH parents must be US Citizens, his father was a British Subject, hence, Obama is NOT eligible and knows it along with other Government entities.

It is said, the laws at the time, 1961 on citizenship, were different than they are today, the Mother was not 21 therefore ineligible to grant BO citizenship via her citizenship. As is the case today.

Regardless, this issue is not going away. Barry 'the MackDaddy' Soetoro or who ever he is will be found out. Orly Taitz is the one to do it.

If this is true it verifies what the Grandmother has claimed all along, that she was there when BO or BS was born. It also explains the hiding of all BS's documents.

mentioned on FOX news, and last week Lou
Dobbs has taken it on in that he feels
Obama is a citizen but has been making
his shows about why Obama does not want
to hand over the correct documents of
birth and the other documents from
school etc.
Also Chris Mathews on MSNBC has been
attacking anyone wanting to follow the
Constitution and wants Obama to show
his certificate of live birth.

There are many others lately as well
mentioning it, on TV and on the radio
talk show.
