I work in insurance and when a family wants to put a newborn on the policy, they must show a state birth certificate with the raised seal on it, not a certificate of live birth. They are different. A birth certificate has all the pertinent info, a certificate of live birth just says a child was born on this day at this time to these parents.

I hope this issue grows. It may prove to be an embarrasment to obama. As more and more voters begin to question his programs, they also begin to question his legitmacy to be president. This is an issue that can turn the entire Democrat Party into an uproar.

As much as I loathe the Obamunist, the "Obama birthers" are the right-wing version of "9/11 Inside Job Troofers", and I think we make ourselves silly with that. There is more than enough to attack Obama about in terms of communistic policy alone.

It is a simple matter to put to bed, curmudgeon, all the Soutpiel Puppet has to do is produce a Legitimate Birth Certificate.

When McCains citizenship was questioned by the Senate during the campaign the Senate investigated McCain and found, he was, a legitimate citizen.

When obama's turn came, the Senate ducked the opportunity and its responisbility to do the same investigation. Stating it was not their concern. Sounds like "Truthers to me", NOT.

You forget Article 2 of the United States Constitution requires that the President be a natural born citizen. So far, obama has refused to comply with the request for his BC, foisting off on the public a Certificate of LIVE Birth, meaning a baby was born alive and comply with the Constitution as required. But obama and his minions believe they are above the constitution and do not have to comply with it. This should be a concern to every American citizen. Not how much they can get from the government.

Birth Certificate "Truthers" indeed, this is part of being a legitimate citizen of this country. To ensure that the President is not in violation of the Constitution, by being President under fradualent conditions. If it turns out that obama is NOT a legitimate citizen, any orders, Laws or Executive orders would be null and void. This is a very serious state of affairs. This should be and should have been addressed 10 months ago.

Has it occurred to any of you that this is a "rope-a-dope" move on his part? We get worked up on a phony non-issue, waste all our energy and credibility, and then the Obamunist rams through socialized medicine. (I am terrified that he and "Rommel" Emmanuel are just this cunning).

And riddle me this: why would the egomaniacal Hitlery Clitler NOT bring this up during her bitter primary fight? A woman who we all just know feels rooked out of the Presidency that she thinks was her birthright/marriageright for the taking, and no doubt is seething and biding her time and will probably desert the Obamunist ship once Porkulus fails and Obama becomes Carter II.

Governments can come and go and some are
more corrupt then others, Obama and his

There are still a couple of cases pending before the Supreme Court, concerning the BC. There is also speculation the Court clerks, favoring Obama have vouche safed the documents preventing them from getting to a Justice for consideration.

Obama's Grandmother has stated many times she was present at his birth. The state of Hawaii, suddenly sealed Obama's records after his white grandmother died in Hawaii.

Obama had a Visa to foreign countries, that were off limits to American Citizens because of American Policy. American Citizens don't need Visa's, we get a passport there's a difference.
