Obama Overrides FBI and DHS on Gitmo Release

Moving quickly to release Chinese Uighur terrorists into the United States, Obama administration officials have -- for the second time -- overridden objections of federal agencies responsible for national security.
The first time -- as I reported on April 20 -- the White House overrode the inter-agency panel it created from all the national security agencies to review all the cases of the Guantanamo Bay prisoners. That panel found that the seventeen Uighurs -- members of the East Turkestan Islamic Movement captured at an al-Queda training camp in Pakistan -- were too dangerous to release in the United States.
Now -- according to a federal agency source who requested anonymity -- the White House has also overridden opposition to the release from both the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security.
Beginning yesterday and continuing today, Obama administration officials are briefing key members of Congress on the release, which may happen as early as next week.
There apparently has been no decision on where the Uighurs will be turned loose. Earlier reports suggested they could be released in Alexandria, Virginia or Washington, D.C.

Unfreakinbelievable, this is despicable. Muslim Obama is declaring war on the United States without firing a shot.
Add one more impeachable offense against Hussein Obama. First the release of the CIA interrogations memos, now this, this month of May will also be the pictures release of captured terrorists and the fabricated lies that they have been tortured.
He started the week with a terrorist fly-over of downtown NYC and he's heading into the final stretch by overriding the FBI and DHS on Uighur release in the U.S.
His terrorist supporters are getting good bang for their buck so far.
IMPEACH HIM, because he is abandoning the oath of office to protect America! Everything he does is more and more proof he is on the side of the terrorists.
He's not stupid, it's deliberate, he hates and detests everything America has stood for and so do the politicians in power behind him in congress. They will stop at nothing to destroy our country and our rights. Our constitution is a roll of toilet paper for them. The black letters on paper meaningless, since it is a “living breathing document”. I do not believe this usurper is a natural born American citizen. I do not see this heading anywhere good, and I believe the man is laughing at all of us, including those who voted for him.
The Muslim, White House squatter is the most dangerous person in our country.

he doesn't like it when people do not agree with him. He's always talking about how he's open to other's ideas and concerns. But that's all it is...talk. He is determined to do what he wants to do to bring this country down. I have to laugh at all those sheeples surprised by this or that that he does. Hell, he spelled it all out in his speeches. I guess folks were just so enchanted by his gift of speechifying that they didn't hear a single word he said.

Obama is more than just the mere president. He is the absolute ruler of America. He cares not about balance of power, restrictions or protocol. He is now Numero Uno. If his pals Chavez and Castro can do it, so can he.

Yes he did, Yankeemom, he sure did. But alot of people thought there would be some opposition to achieve those goals. Not a green light highway.
When he was ragging on the Tea-parties, the crowd behind him were not cheering, they were sort of dumbstruck, like WTF have we done. Perhaps they are beginning to wake up ????

Yes Chrissie. Impeach him!!! But who have we got to prosecute the Marxist Muzzy? The House of Representatives must first pass by a simple majority articles of impeachment, which constitute the formal allegation or allegations. The House can't get over their slobbering adulation for him. Upon their passage, the defendant has been "impeached".
Next, the Senate tries the accused. In the case of the impeachment of a president, the Chief Justice ( John G. Roberts, Jr. ) of the United States presides over the proceedings. For the impeachment of any other official, the Constitution is silent on who shall preside, suggesting that this role falls to the Senate's usual presiding officer(Biden or Pelosi?). The presiding officer would then have the power to dismiss the charges and/or disposition at his or her discretion. The House of Representatives did impeach a senator once, Senator William Blount. The Senate expelled Senator Blount and, after initially hearing his impeachment, dismissed the charges for lack of jurisdiction.
If it were to pass what would be the result, Biden? Or Pelosi? Remember that good neighbor on either side of you voted for this POS TOTUS. We are so screwed!!!

Yankeemom, your right he has a real problem
with people who disagree with him.
That thing last summer during the campaign
scared me more then anything when he had
his Obama squards out there turning in
people that had NO Obama stickers on their
cars etc. Never in my life did I think a
politician would be like Nazi Germany in
our country, but Obama sure is.

Tom, that is exactly how he is making us
feel so much of the time. Not our ruler
but in a way even if we are totally against
him he still is the one with the power now
and with him that makes it a scary time for
conservatives.

you for pointing that out about the crowd
behind Obama. The die hards will worship
no matter what as they want his agenda.
But I agree little by little there are
going to be people that finally start to
see through what he is really about.

Jack, no one hahaa we have no one to step
up to the plate and really gather other big
names to start impeachment. I hate to say
this but I think for many he still has to
mess up even more. They just are afraid
too, there is that as well.
Your right, Nicholas's brother voted for
Obama and the horrible thing is he LOVES
all he has been doing. He finally said
he was a communist too when Nicholas said
to his brother Obama was a communist.
" Yes well I am one too and it is about
time we had one as president." he said.
Nick and I were so shocked we just sat
there big eyed.
