Supreme Court asked to cooperate with FBI
Attorney investigating Obama's eligibility reports cyber attacks
California lawyer Orly Taitz, "I hope that the Supreme Court will show proper cooperation in investigation of such crimes by the FBI and other agencies and I request a letter of cooperation to that extent."
She filed a complaint with the FBI, which promised a review, but the investigative agency noted that in that situation, technically the Supreme Court was the "victim" of having its website hacked, and officials there would need to cooperate for the effort to move forward.
Citizen grand jury indicts Obama
Groups in 20 more states reviewing eligibility claims
President Obama has been named in dozens of civil lawsuits alleging he is not eligible to be president, with one man even filing a criminal complaint alleging the commander-in-chief is a fraud, and now a citizen grand jury in Georgia has indicted the sitting president.
The indictment delivered to state and federal prosecutors yesterday is one of the developments in the dispute over Obama's eligibility to be president under the U.S. Constitution's requirement that presidents be "natural born" citizens.
Georgia resident Carl Swensson, whose work is detailed on his Rise up for America website, told WND he got tired of the issues over Obama's eligibility, as well as his performance in office.
"I took it upon myself to find as many patriots as I could across the state, for the purpose of seating 25 for a grand jury," he said.
Over the weekend the jurors took sworn testimony from several sources, including Taitz, and then generated an indictment that later was forwarded to the U.S. attorney, the state attorney general and others in law enforcement across the state.
Swensson cites on his website as authority for the grand jury the Magna Carta, the bill of rights that formed the foundation of British common law on which U.S. law is based.
He said the members were chosen, sworn in and observed all of the rules of procedure. Swensson declined to elaborate on the specific allegations about Obama, telling WND that remains confidential at this point because of the possibility of a prosecution.

The issue of Obama’s eligibility is a critical Constitutional issue. It deserves a full and complete hearing and, ultimately, resolution.
These are more updates as to what is happening regarding the birth certificate.

Good for Carl! About time! I see that more and more of this is going to happen. We are divided, something we should NEVER be as Americans. I can't for the life of me conceive how so many Americans allowed themselves to be duped by false promises of a fake God. They were all taught how great socialism is and how bad capitalism is. Oh, we can't be better than anyone else. Oh, we have to call the game because the other team is ahead of us. No one can have the glory of the kill anymore without being brought up on charges or being forced to stay in one job all their lives because the supervisor felt threatened.
You know, they all said Bush was not their president, but if we say it, it's "oh my God, how dare you say that? He's such a great man!"
I could swear right now, but I'm too upset.

Apparently the Constitution itself is too reliant on the honesty and goodwill of all Americans. No law apparently states WHO is responsible to ensure the eligibility for POTUS and to enforce eligibility if it is somehow violated. It apparently took a Constitutional expert (Obama) to KNOW this fact from the get-go.
This situation is now "in our faces" with an ineligible President who also happens to have the worst of all motives and associations: anti-Christian and anti-Israel respect for Life itself, a vision for state-run American industries, an anti-American core, criminal thugs and racist anti-white views, etc.
We need to PRAY that the "moral majority in America" resurfaces soon and realizes that choosing a President solely based on fantasy was a major mistake that cries out to be fixed. May we escape disaster with God's help and choose to do a far better job evaluating candidates and choosing moral outcomes.

Every Senator and Congressman and sitting President are responsible for Upholding and defending the Constitution. They take an Oath to do that.
In the case of the democrats I believe they knew aforehand that this dickweed is Illegal and a Usurper.
The Republicans have a case of 'now you see it now you don't' a spine that is once in awhile it surfaces then quickly disappears again. So for all intents and purposes they are clueless, leaderless and spineless.

Lynn, I noticed that too, they called Bush horrible names just from hate for no reason and even things about death.
We say we want his agenda to fail or he is not our
president and we get blasted.

Mark, I agree so much. I think they knew what Obama was all the way back to 2004 for sure when he spoke at the DNC convention. They started back then to make him their hope for the future of their party. It made me sick back then and has only gotten worse.
