Yuri Bezmenov - KGB Defector Describes What Has Been Done to America
Barack Obama was, in the mid '90s, a member of a short-lived socialist organisation, the Chicago New Party. Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), which also endorsed Obama that year and to which the Senator has longstanding and ongoing ties
Yuri Bezmenov explains how Marxist ideology is deconstructing America's values, destabilizing the economy, and provoking crises in order to sovietize the free world.

YURI: The people who graduated in the 60's, dropouts or half-baked intellectuals, are now occupying the positions of power in the government, civil service, business, mass media, and educational systems. You are stuck with them. You can't get through to them. They are contaminated. They are programmed to think and react to certain stimuli in a certain pattern [alluding to Pavlov]. You cannot change their mind even if you expose them to authentic information. Even if you prove that white is white and black is black, you still can not change the basic perception and the logic of behavior.
In other words [for] these people the process of demoralization is complete and irreversible. To rid society of these people you need another 15 or 20 years to educate a new generation of patriotically minded and common sense people who would be acting in favor and in the interests of United States society.
ED: And yet these people who have been programmed and as you say [are] in place and who are favorable to an opening with the Soviet concept - these are the very people who would be marked for extermination in this country?
YURI: Most of them, yes. Simply because the psychological shock when they will see in [the] future what the beautiful society of EQUALITY and social justice means in practice, obviously they will revolt. They will be very unhappy [and] frustrated people, and Marxist-Leninist regime does not tolerate these people. Obviously they will join the [ranks] of dissenters; dissidents. Unlike the present United States there will be no place for dissent in future Marxist-Leninist America. [Now] you can get popular like Daniel Elsburg and filthy rich like Jane Fonda for being a dissident [and] for criticizing your Pentagon. In [the] future these people will simply be [he makes a squishy noise] squashed like cockroaches for criticizing the government. Nobody is going to pay them nothing for their beautiful [and] noble ideas of EQUALITY. This they don't understand and it will be the greatest shock for them, of course.
The demoralization process in the United States is basically completed already for the last 25 years. Actually, it's over fulfilled because demoralization now reaches such areas where not even Comrade Andropov and all his experts would even dream of such tremendous success. Most of it is done by Americans to Americans thanks to lack of moral standards. As I mentioned before, exposure to true information does not matter anymore. A person who was demoralized is unable to assess true information. The facts tell nothing to him, even if I shower him with information, with authentic proof, with documents and pictures. ...he will refuse to believe it.... That's the tragedy of the situation of demoralization.
The next stage is destabilization.... It only takes 2 to 5 years to destabilize a nation. This time what matters is essentials; economy, foreign relations, [and] defense systems. And you can see it quite clearly that in some... sensitive areas such as defense and [the] economy, the influence of Marxist-Leninist ideas in the United States is absolutely fantastic. I could never believe it 14 years ago when I landed in this part of the world that the process will go that fast.
Most of the American politicians, media, and educational system train another generation of people who think they are living at the peacetime. False. United States is in a state of war; undeclared, total war against the basic principles and foundations of this system. And the initiator of this war is not Comrade Andropov of course - it's the system. However, ridiculous it may sound, [it is] the world Communist system, or the world Communist conspiracy. Whether I scare some people or not, I don't give a hoot. If you're not scared by now, nothing can scare you.
ED: Okay, so what do we do? What is your recommendation to the American people?
YURI: Well, the immediate thing that comes to mind is, of course, there must be a very strong national effort to educate people in the spirit of REAL patriotism, number one. Number two, to explain [to] them the real danger of socialist, communist, welfare state, Big Brother government.... The moment at least part of [the] United States population is convinced that the danger is real, they have to FORCE their government... to stop aiding Communism.

Yuri Bezmenov, a Russian born, KGB trained subverter tells about the influence of the Soviet Union on Western media and describes the stages of communist takeovers. This interview was conducted by G. Edward Griffin in 1984.
Then also if you like you can watch this “new” lecture from 1983. This lecture from 1983 covers much of the same ground as the above videos, and is equally fascinating.
The video in 1983 is from Canada, where he defected to and became Tomas Schuman and worked in the Canadian Media for a while.
These video's focuses more on America and how America has been tricked into buying into Communism without the Communists firing a shot.
He talks about Marxist/Leninism ideaology being pumped into American life by AMERICANS - UNCHALLENGED, for generations.
One thing he said in this last set has resonated, a Godless society historically (given enough time) ceases to exist. The only hope is for people to have faith in God. Socialism/Communism thrives in an immoral society.
He ends this lecture by telling people that the answer is to get back to moral values and a belief in God. He predicted that the Marxists would continue to chip away at the moral foundation of the country and mock God continually. Setting themselves up as the authority in place of God and traditional values and mores.
He also predicted homosexuals demanding equality and civil rights and becoming violent. On the “old” video, when he talked about how he posed as a hippy to defect he talks about transforming his appearance from a conservative diplomat to a “progressive” long, long, before our liberals adopted the word progressive when liberal became a 4 letter word.
The Web site that provided the Bezmenov interview is “Realityzone.com” — worth visiting. It belongs to G. Edward Griffen, who also interviewed a fellow named Norman Dodd, an investigator on the “Reece Commission”, which looked into the activities of tax-exempt foundations, such as Ford, Carnegie, and Rockefeller. (Keep in mind that Timothy Geithner’s father, Peter Geithner, was the director of a department in the Ford Foundation that funded Hussein Obambi’s mother — Ann Dunham — when she was living in Indonesia. That’s how Barack Hussein Obama knows Geithner.)
G. Edward Griffen, is also the author of an interesting book on the history of the Federal Reserve titled “The Creature From Jekyll Island.” Jekyll Island is a small island off the coast of Georgia, where a group of international bankers secretly met in 1910. While hunting duck, they collectively hatched the idea for a central bank — the Federal Reserve — as a way to inflate and deflate the quantity of money and credit in the U.S. economy.
At the time, there were at least a few outspoken congressmen who understood that this was a way of putting the power to create “economic crises on demand” in the hands of an oligarchy of private bankers.
I wish we could get the left and the voters for Obama to watch these videos. But as Yuri claims "they won't get it till there's a bayonet in their ribs or a boot on their posterior, but they still won't understand."
He calls Hollywood liberals visiting the former USSR "useful idiots"! How true, even today! Liberals.

Interesting. I think Bezmenov is incorrect that the demoralization process in America has been completed in the last 25 years. It has made a big dent, especially in the upper strata of society, the academics, politicians, some businessmen(globalists), celebrities and in the lower strata(government subsidized). However, I don't think it has taken over the Heartland of America. There are churches everywhere you look in Middle America.
Yes Obama won with 52% of the population. A lot of those people voted for change that was not defined. When they realize what this change is I think we will see a turnaround in the vote, maybe as early as 2010. That is if the Stupid Party just does not shoot itself in the foot.
Regarding the five pillars. Obama continually gives off hints of his islamic training in Indonesia and maybe later in Pakistan.

Not as many left as in 1941 but Japan woke the sleeping giant, some of those dozing through this are finding their dream is a nightmare, maybe they'll wake up in time to snatch the nation from the precipice. Yuri Bezmenov is citified and bases his analysis on city folks, we have folks in the outlying country that totally disagree with what's happening in the rotting cores of city life. As for 0bama's islamic ties I've never wavered, he's one.

We are sovereign citizens with inalienable rights. As President Calvin Coolidge said:
"If all men are created equal, that is final. If they are endowed with inalienable rights, that is final. If governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed, that is final."
We must withdraw our consent, we can not allow this group of Socialists to take over or abolish our God given rights of Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness. We can do this by refusing to follow the leaders. If we refuse to follow they will have no one to govern. Obama has already usurped the right to life, for the unborn, the most helpless of all. Next will be our liberty and with that goes our pursuit of happiness.
This is why I will NOT join, follow or abide by any socialists laws, that violate the constitution. I will fight to the death to defend my family. I have had it.

Tom, good point and I agree, I think there is still a very large part of our country, like those of us that have not been taken in, that know better and see through all of this.
Also I agree to oabout the Five Pillars, Obama uses a lot of these Islamic phrases and I wish it would be pointed out by the media, at least on FOX.
