"They're Just People" ~ Said by Democrat Staffer
Congressional staffers have been inundated with calls, emails, and faxes by Americans responding to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, otherwise known as the Stimulus Bill. The voters contacting Washington, DC have voiced clearly that they are against this bill for the past two weeks.
Rep. Paul Collins Broun shared a conversation he had with a lobbyist in his office earlier that day.
The Lobbyist had just left the office of a fellow Democrat Congressman. During his visit in that office the staffers had admitted that they had received a high volume of calls, and they were overwhelmingly against the Stimulus Bill.
The Democrat Congressman staffer’s response was, “oh, they are just people.”
“Can you imagine that?” Broun asked, “How arrogant is that? How elitist is that? Their just people. In other words, that’s the philosophy that Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats in Congress have today, is that we’re just people. They know better what we need than we do. It’s an outrage, it’s absolutely an outrage.”

They are deluded...and that delusion is of biblical proportion....literally.
Keep pushing and they’re going to find out that these “people” are heavily armed. LOL
These destructive democrat socialists think they are on top of the world, but disaster is right around the corner. They have done too much too soon. They used to do things incrementally, so as to not make it so obvious what their socialist goals are.
Now, Fuhrer Obama and his minions are going for it all as fast as possible. I think they will cause such obvious great harm that even a lot of their former ardent supporters will turn against them.

Couple they're only people with Sen. Schumer's the American people don't care about pork and you have a picture of what this Obama, Pelosi, Reid government is about. And as for Sen. Gillibrand the other NY senator she is turning her back on what she said she believed in when she was representing an upstate NY congressional district.

I'm just "people?" and I'm arrogant? I have audacity (rudely bold) and I have an Irish temper with German stubborness! How dare Obamanation take away my rights! The revolution is coming soon and Obamanation and Plugs are not going to like it one bit. There are much more of us than there is of them and we demand JUSTICE for the people! I'm sorry if I hurt anyone who believes in entitlements, but Gosh darn it, I'm sick of those who get entitlements and make more than I do and I work for a living! It's so NOT RIGHT!

In less than a month America has become a socialist run country. This stimulus package has taken from the productive and given to the idle. The socialist politicians consider both groups as "just people". These politicians of course are esteemed elite. We are screwed.

Hi Lynn,
I had to quit working about 3 years ago because my wife is so ill she needs almost 24 hour care . She has all of the symptoms of Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. My son that lives at home (33) is Down's Syndrome. He is a help but she wears on him. My daughter helps when she can. I don't get or want entitlements. Just for the government to let me live my life. This Obama administration is a disaster and a disgrace and it has only been a few weeks.

Tom, yes and the funny ( not haha) is that almost every politician has never worked one day in their life. Never run anything or had the work ethic that those of us have. They just live off of us ....the "we the people".
