I live in an apartment, yet I am going to pay for a family or group of families of illegals to avoid foreclosure on their home.

It's not just Texas, it's from border to border, from left coast to left coast. They have taken over entire communities with the blessing and aid of state and federal officials, they are 'constituents'.
Imagine that you live in a small town of less than 6000 including the surrounding area, adjacent to this town is another, more Mexican, 8 miles away to the East and another farming community some 4 miles to the West, all along the I- 82 corridor. It was a place of about 2800 when I left there 33 years ago, my wife was born and raised there, her mother and two sisters still live there as do extended family, I owned property there up until 1993 when I was taxed off the land and squeezed out due to NAFTA. This once was a sleepy little town of hard working mostly Dutch, German and Scandinavian immigrants, who kept the place clean, law abiding and in some ways a little Peyton Place. 17 churches and 13 bars of which I was mostly blissfully unaware of until I went away to boot camp. Today the city is a shell of it's former self, Mexican shops have replaced the core businesses, the big draw is Wal-Mart outside of town, forcing the city limits to be extended for taxation. Gone are Sears, JC Penney, two big lumber yards, three fully stocked hardware stores, 5 chain grocery stores because this town was the hub for surrounding little towns, the other option was 40 miles away. Hell even Union Pacific pulled up it's rails and sold off their right of way. Today it's like stepping off into a Mexican town anywhere South of the border, English, forget it, the spoken language is a mismash of Mexican-English, mostly Mexican and jive-ass drug lingo BS. Crime is sky high and the gangs are king. Sure the police are working, but it's a catch and release operation because Jose has infiltrated the infrastructure, only hard crime gets pursued and a few get sent away. Here are but a few from mostly the past 5-6 months. This is typical of the area, which is why I left there. Dammit they own homes we are financing and they vote too!!! This is the Soviet Of Washington after all just like a lot of other states that are sanctuaries. I'll not get into the bizarre and horrific things that have happened there. Just the stuff that we all see on a daily basis. The nation is lost, McCain will not stop the onslaught, even if he were president, he's in the tank too. The scarier scene is Obama letting the Ragheads do the same.

This new scam will cost $275 billion (75 billion for problem mortgages and $200 billion for Fannie and Freddie. Under this Stability Initiative, borrowers with a ratio of mortgage debt to income greater than 31 percent can have their mortgage interest rate reduced to as little as 2 percent if that is what it takes to achieve the 31 percent ratio—with government paying half the subsidy and the investor/lender surrendering the other half. If this concession is insufficient to reach 31 percent, then the servicer (as opposed to the lender/investor holding the mortgage) can lengthen the term of the loan and/or reduce the principal amount owed to achieve the 31 percent. Eligible borrowers may also have loans that are as much as 50 percent greater than the value of the house.

So if you are illegal picking cabbages in California and spreading salmonilla to the rest of the country because your personal hygiene sux, then you qualify for this wealth redistribution because you are a victim according to black obama 'the victim maker'.

If you pay your mortgage on time, forget any special bennies Your rate could very well go up.

There is more... If these deadbeat Wetbacks, have a debt ratio greater than 55% to income, the government will do even more they will refinance their home, Auto loan, and credit card loans.

So this is what the redistribution of wealth looks like in 6 months we will see how many of these deadbeats are still paying their bills.
