Wow. Sue the congress? How much you wanna bet the Supreme Court turns this one down too so they can keep the peace? It's time for backbone, not limp wristedness. He has shown no proof of citizenship, not one. Even the states make you send in the actual birth certificate with the raised seal in order to get a social security card. Does Obama even have one of those? It's just another way for them to start eliminating the Bill of Rights right out from under our noses.
I hope this works, but I certainly wouldn't want to be stuck with Plugs Biden either. Gross.

Exactly Tom, that is spot on. The media would be throwing it in our faces and it would be broadcast from the top of the tallest buildings and bilboards. Then there are the naysayers, who say, " what difference does it make" or "who cares", it does matter it is part of the (Our Constitution) if you violate one part then the rest is open to assault and violation.

So glad to hear this is not a dead issue. Not since Governor Elbridge Gerry, the fifth vice president of the United States has the American people been more disenfranchised. Maybe in 1933, when that other asshole dictator tried to do the same thing. At least back then their were a few Americans in Congress and in the SCOTUS that dismantled some of his Communist ideals. FDR tried to usurp all controls and bypass the Constitution, it took will power to declare some of his ideologies as unconstitutional.
All through the recent primary election, voters were sandbagged by their party leaders (both parties), two states were out right disenfranchised. There was precious little media outrage or attention paid to the malfeasance of one Howard Dean. Every attempt to get at the truth about Obama's elegibility have been thwarted by Obama, his handlers and the fifth column mainstream media. How did Obama get past the Senate requirements for citizenship of : You must be a U.S. citizen for 9 years. You must also live in the state you represent. ? Looks like the latter requirement was the passing criteria, so that alone makes his aunt elegible to replace any senate seat. The Senate has low entry requirements, accepting with open arms any RINO's, Socialists. murderers and traitors, meaning that any just another warm body lawyer that will go along to get along is acceptable, eh, John McCain. Once elected Obama is pushing his Presidential Solution, and that's just what this reparations package is. Buying off all those misfits and malcontents that elected him. It's so onerous that traditional RINO's are complaining about the stench, but as proven in the past it's only posturing on their part, that old go along to get along theme that ensures their re-election will prevail. They'll make a lot of verbose noise in public then go ahead and vote for the pork behind closed doors. Since when did we grant the new POS president dictatorial powers? They are emboldened and only fear two things, the truth and "we the people", some of which are and have been assembling an arsenal for their own defense. Fear the government? You bet, if you are wise.
As for Bush violating the Constitution, he governed by the rules of the SCOTUS and the entire Congress with their complicit consent within the guidelines of the Cosntitution, any deviations from the Constitution were made by that body of lawyers called Congress who granted him presidential permission then denied it later. Yes sue the 'honorable' Congressional bastards.

Lynn, yes I think your right, I don't know what will finally push their buttons to take this as serious as it is. I honestly think they are terrifed of the riots that will happen all across our country and in other countries. I could be wrong, but there has to be some reason they are not respecting our Constitution and these Judges are pros at what it says.
