Chris Matthews Comes UP With BS Reason for Saying " My God" at Jindal
As Gov. Jindal prepares to give the Republican response to Obama's address, an MSNBC host or producer was heard off camera muttering "Oh God."
The remark came after host Keith Olbermann paused the panel's discussion as Gov. Jindal was walking to the camera.
UPDATE (3:36pm Eastern 2/25): Chris Matthews tells TV Newser it was him. Matthews will explain his remark on "Hardball" tonight. Here is some of what he will say:
I was taken aback by that peculiar stagecraft, the walking from somewhere in the back of this narrow hall, this winding staircase looming there, the odd anti-bellum look of the scene. Was this some mimicking of a president walking along the state floor to the East Room?
Wild Thing's comment.........
MSNBC is pure propaganda! LOL Chris Matthews admitted to it. I don't believe what Matthews says is the reason, no way.
Matthews was deliberately trying to diss Jindal and took a cheap shot at him even before he had spoken a single word.
....Thank you Mark for sending this to me.

Your right Chrissie! I hardly ever listened to them in the past. They’ve been deleted from my TV since before the election. Liars…all of them. They don’t even try to hide their bias. Sickening!

Chris Matthews is the one who said hearing Obama gives him a tingle up his leg. I think his remark the other night actually meant one of two things. He was either getting up off his knees after prostrating himself before Obama or hearing Obama caused him to orgasm.

I heard Peter Jennings make a similar statement about New Jersey Governor Kathy Whitmore when she was the Republican response to a Bill Clinton address. Jennings made his remark off camera but his mike was hot.
Most of the news media is very liberal and bias. These remarks should not be a surprise. Their industry is dying as a result.

Glenn Beck was on yesterday, he thanked the nation for making his Fox program #1, acing out WABC the other hot talk show radio spot. Clearly a message the fairness doctrine pushers don't like. Locally I seldom turn on the two local talk radio programs, both have been watered down with 'moderates' to the point I miss the good guys. Sadly the broadcasting companies are mostly owned by liberals and they control content. It's a non partisan conservative message that resonates with me, I'm sick of the bullshit from both sides that do nothing but polarize us.
Peter Jennings thankfully graduated to that place where they all belong. Shudder!!! BobF, shudder, Matthews lips, who knows where those honkers have been,Eeeyew yuk, revulsive, shudder!!!

Jack, yes the left hates it that Fox is doing better then their favorite networks. Fox too though can be hit or miss. Like O'reily he is a jerk, a total jerk, but once and awhile he hits a home run. I just wish his home runs happened more often.
