I have been following these events and am confused. We have MLK day, Black History month, Miss Black America...

So when is white history month. When do we honor the achievers, the Movers and Shakers, it's getting old already honoring people who can't get out of bed before noon and will NOT work for a living.

When do we honor the one's who get up everyday and sacrifice so they can have something they earned or built with their own two hands.

I think John Kennedy was the last democrat to win the South in a major election. The NBRA states that MLK was a Republican. Perhaps this is the reason JFK had JEH spying on MLK.

When Johnson,LBJ sign the Civil Rights Act in 1965, he remarked that he felt that all he had done was give the South to the Republicans, that was about the only thing LBJ ever got right. Since then the deficrats have been losing the South.

This is based solidly on Obama (and Holder's) experience as racial grievance polititicans, extorting money from the White taxpayer in exchange for "moral authority" and status building and other "Stuff Liberal White People Like" yuppie status markers.

It is however, a profoundly stupid move in the sense that it assumes the same good times and "don't rock the boat" attitude among the White working-middle class majority.

If Whites are last hired, first fired, which they are, under Affirmative Action, and in particular White Men, as Robert Reich suggested, that does not mean much in GOOD TIMES. Because there is always another job, paying as much or even more, or flipping that house, or whatever. Money to be made, a lot of it, and speaking up and getting labeled "Racist" jeapordizes that whole business of making money.

Affirmative Action, "reparations" and the shouting of "racism" were enabled by EVERYONE making money and being afraid to rock the boat.

Now, that's gone. Whites in particular are hit hardest, yet they are told through the media that they are the enemy. Right off the bat you have a whole class of people made into losers, with nothing left to lose, and the backlash against leftist racial appeals on a spoils basis will be deeply appealing and VERY effective.

A guy who's broke, threatened with living out of his car, no woman around or even worse, a woman threatening to leave him unless he makes money soon, well he's likely to be very attentive to Spoils arguments: that taking money from White guys to enable permanent Welfare, while discriminating against him in hiring, education, etc. is wrong.

White working/middle class people care about being called "Racist" during good times because their upside opportunities are hurt. They don't care much at all during bad times because there is no upside, and they care about getting out of their downside.

This is something that Holder and Obama, who grew up politically in uninterrupted good times, do not understand. They put along with Robert Reich their cards on the table, and it's going to burn them.

But for now, the Left media and Holder are trying to bait people into honestly expressing themselves so that they can be labeled "racist" and destroyed. The Commiecrats are just following precedent. See:

The many posts to this story indicate that there is a great deal of resentment of the burden that has been placed on America by the Great Society "Civil Rights." Remember that these civil court rights are not the equal constitutional rights that Eisenhower and MLK worked for but the bureaucratic bribes which were added.

There are a few black seals, I do not know of any currently on active duty but in twenty-five years as a Tech-Rep to the Navy I have met a few in the SOF.
