I hear a lot of people saying that because his mother was an American citizen, then he is too.
No, you follow your father, not your mother. That's why you have your dad's surname and not your moms!
His birth was only registered in Hawaii, that doesn't mean he was born there. His father was from British ruled Kenya, meaning he is a British citizen.
I love to pull up that Pakistan trip he took--he could not have done that on an American passport. Plus his mother would have given up her American citizenship when she married Lolo Soetero anyway.
But the media wanted change so badly, that they played us all for fools. There are too many of the "fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me." people out there who were just drooling over him.
How long will it be before they realize he can't keep any of those campaign promises? What will they do then?

I don't hold out great optimism that this issue will keep Obama out of office. Hope I am wrong. Bill Clinton got away with perjury, among other crimes. Obama has a Democrat majority Congress that will work to keep him in office.

African-America, how long before that bastion of ugly DC is renamed to Odonga of some other African shithole name? Thanks for keeping this subject in circulation, it's doubtful that anything will come of it but dissent. Thanks WT and Mark.

The sick part of this story is that people who voted for Barack Hussein Obama don't care whether he is a natural born citizen or not. It would only matter if the person was a Republican or, G-d forbid, a conservative. Liberals, Democrats, and the radical-left have a selective view of what laws need to be obeyed or not and by who. They, like their Messiah, believe that the Constitution is both a flawed and a living document that needs to, and should, be changed. This selective view of what laws, both federal and state, need to be obeyed or ignored is the basis for turning the country from a democratic and capitalistic republic into a not so democratic and socialist, big government nanny-state.

So, when all is said and done, BOGUS POTUS and his Kool-Aid drinking cult have given their collective flipping the bird and a "screw you" to the Constitution and the country it represents.

There's a boatload to chose from, but my newest fave nick for Teflon Obama is BOGUS-POTUS! Good one Chrissie...lol.

I'll be back next week or whenever this pans out if it does. I read on one of those sites that still has the balls to print questions about His Fauxness that an investigator has a copy of the divorce decree from the mom and dad filed by the dad that shows they had one child, BORN IN KENYA. It's supposed to be faxed to someone tomorrow. We'll see. In any case, all these questions about his birth have been fodder for great entertainment this year, since before the primaries. Lots of lawsuits going on, a bunch in California coming up.

It's as simple as the nose on his half-black face. If he has nothing to hide, produce the damn real birth certificate, not some photoshopped piece o crap that's been investigated and deemed bogus (of the potus...lol) time and time again.

After months of watching our voting rights being tossed out the window via The Fraud's strongarming of the caucuses and ACORN basically just deciding the outcome, I actually look forward to this year.

As much as I dislike every stinking politician in Illinois, I'm actually having a good time with Blago's Burris appointment. I know all about Burris...he's a lightweight with not such great morals, but he's Godlike compared to the rest of them in Chicago. He's actually a downstate native, but he made his way to the Chicago machine. That's the only way an idiot like him could have ever made Comptroller at age 41. I mean, this guy is stupid. Maybe not Bobby Rush stupid, but close enough.

Either I've finally gone mad and everything is inappropriately funny, or we're going to finally be rewarded with just deserts to some of these clowns. Some will slip through the cracks, but at this point, getting any of this gang of thieves and liars busted will do.

I was glad to see how more and more people are seeing how there are questions and how Obama needs to prove this.

Tom, I know what you mean, yes, everything is working against this.Obama has had it made, I too keep hoping one day somone will have the courage to do what is right and say no we have got to follow the Constitution. Someone othat can turn the tide on this and with tons of power and be heard.

Jack, I have this weird feeling and I of course could be completely wrong. But I think it will break wide open several months after he is sworn in.

All heck will break loose, the media ticked, and dem politicans will just say.. ok we are changing the Constitution we cannot have riots, and this is outdated. The few Re. politicians will be silenced since we are not in the majority, it will be a nightmare and destroy us.

It will make my blood boil if that does happen.

I feel like that too Eden, there is only so much we can handle and sometimes we have to take some of this like Blago's Burris appointment and some of the other things as a good grief thing. There really is so little we can do about anything.

This Obama birth certificate is one thing we can push for and since it is our Constitution it will effect all he does on all levels so this is one that I do take dead on serious.

But yessss I am laughing at a lot of the other things, typical criminal corrupt democrats and they will mess up big time. They always do, then God willing we will have our few conservatives ride in and safe the day, praying this happens anyway.

MESSAGE TO EVERY MEMBER OF CONGRESS:

When counting the electoral votes, either Congress finds by 1/8/09 that Obama, not being an Article II “natural born citizen”, fails to qualify as President whereupon Biden becomes the full fledged President under 3 USC 19 (free to pick his own VP such as Hillary) or thereafter defers to the Supreme Court to enjoin Obama’s inauguration with Biden becoming only Acting President under the 20th Amendment until a new President is duly determined.

The preferable choice, at least for the Democrats, should seem obvious.
