Dr. Ben Ari: Follow King David's Advice on Gaza
MK Candidate Dr. Ben Ari: Follow King David's Advice on Gaza
by Gil Ronen
Rabbi Dr. Michael Ben-Ari, the Number Four man on the National Union's Knesset list, thinks the leaders of Israel should follow King David's advice from the Eighteenth Psalm regarding Gaza:
"I will chase my enemies and catch up to them and I shall not return until I annihilate them."
"This should be the slogan of every leader and IDF commander," he said. "The enemy must know that whoever raises his hand on Israel, we will teach him a lesson and annihilate him as well as all his helpers and supporters, and only thus will we take out their will to fire missiles at us."
However, he is under no illusions that the present government will do so.
Ben-Ari, a proud disciple of former Knesset Member Rabbi Meir Kahane, supports the troops fighting in Gaza but says the operation is "like giving aspirin to a patient who is in serious condition."
"It is a sedative but it does not address the root of the problem," he said Friday. "Everyone knows this and that is why they were so hesitant to begin this operation. That is why I believe that sooner or later we will return to Gaza and Gush Katif," he added.
'It will end with a ceasefire'
"The conflict will be decided on the political level," Ben-Ari predicted. "In the end, the Arabs' pleas for a ceasefire will be heeded before we break the enemy's will to fight, just like our humiliating defeat in the Second Lebanon War and Resolution 1701."
"There will probably be an agreement on some kind of ceasefire but the enemy will never agree to lose their ability to rearm. Their entire existence depends on their ability to keep on hurting us," he said. "Their motivation is to one day be able to chase us out and return to Ramle and Lod."
"The operation is beginning to teach the public that the statement 'it's either us or them' [which was used by Rabbi Kahane – ed.] is not an election slogan but is a very existential one."
International solution?
The solution to the Gaza problem, said Ben-Ari, should be an international one.
"The international community needs to find the Arab population in Gaza a spacious area somewhere in which they can live and where they will have something to lose," he explained. As things are, the enemy in Gaza "is dreaming of the nice houses in Ashkelon and Ashdod as it lives in the impossibly crowded and run-down streets of Gaza."
We need to understand that "a few bombs or diplomatic talks or 'lulls' will only make the problem worse, not solve it," he explained.
The enemy within
If Rabbi Kahane were alive today, he said, "he would remind us that after the Holocaust we vowed never again to let Jews live in fear. He would say – 'A Jew who lives in fear is a great chilul Hashem' [desecration of G-d's Name – ed]."
Ben-Ari is also gravely worried about "the internal enemy" – the Arabs with Israeli citizenship. "The enemy is waking up and getting stronger and the danger will only become greater unless we have leadership that is not afraid of the Supreme Court, of the United Nations and of the deranged people in the Left, but is only committed to the survival of the Jewish people."
"When the enemy raises signs saying 'death to the Jews' in Sakhnin, it brings the catastrophe nearer," he warned. "It reminds me of the Jews' disregard of all the signs that preceded the Holocaust."
Ben Ari also blasted "those who deride the 'hilltop youth' and the outposts'" – in an apparent reference to recent comments by the Jewish Home leadership. "The people who say this will unintentionally cause the enemy to sit in those hilltops, and Hadera, Kfar Saba and the Azrieli Towers will be the next targets for Grad missiles," he warned.
Wild Thing's comment.........
The Knesset is excellent and this man says a lot ot things that he is absolutely right about.
I especially agree with this like he said to be a slogan:
"I will chase my enemies and catch up to them and I shall not return until I annihilate them."
....Thank you Mark for sending this to me.

He gives me strength in the face of mine enemies.
God Bless our wonderful ally Israel and her most compassionate peoples. They have pushed around long enough and it IS time to take a stand.
He annointeth my soul and makes my cup runneth over. His blessings are mightier than the sword and thus shall be the way of the Lord. I wonder who will come forth as the new Maccabeus, the guardian of Israel.

According to Mark Steyn’s “America Alone”, we have already lost.
“The key factors are:
1. Demographics decline
2. The unsustainability of the advanced Western social-democratic state
3. Civilization exhaustion”
My apologies to Mr. Steyn if I summarize incorrectly.
1. The Western civilizations birth rates are all in decline, in the US we are barely maintaining our population.
2. Less babies = less people to fight for our cause and less people to support the ageing population.
3. The “replacement” babies are from a religion (Islam) not a race or nationality.
“Islam is now the principle supplier of new Europeans, and currently the second biggest supplier of new Canadians.”
“…., it’s worth noting that throughout the Western world Islam is advancing not just (by) outbreeding but also by conversion.”
According to MSM, the US prison system is one of the greatest sources of conversion.
I’m still reading the book, but it seems that the only way for Western (US) traditional culture to survive is to end the multiculturism insanity and encourage a higher birthrate amongst the Judo-Christian community.
Another possibility is to encourage the mostly Catholic immigration from Mexico. I find this to be an interesting re-framing of the illegal immigration issue.

If Israel would have followed God's commands back in the Old Testament, they wouldn't be having the trouble they have today. When God said to utterly destroy them, He meant it for a reason.
Deuteronomy 7:1-3 When the LORD thy God shall bring thee into the land whither thou goest to possess it, and hath cast out many nations before thee, the Hittites, and the Girgashites, and the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, seven nations greater and mightier than thou; And when the LORD thy God shall deliver them before thee; thou shalt smite them, and utterly destroy them; thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor shew mercy unto them: Neither shalt thou make marriages with them; thy daughter thou shalt not give unto his son, nor his daughter shalt thou take unto thy son.

Duane - I agree with you and Mark Steyn. However, I disagree to a great extent with the Mexican immigration idea. The problem is that too many of the Mexicans bring their Latino culture rather than assimilate. If the culture was worth a damn, Mexico and Central America would not be backward Third World countries.
An example would be Los Angeles. The immigrants enjoy the benefits of America, But too many of them live in a culture where Spanish is the primary language, education is rejected and crime, corruption and drugs flourish.
Now we are letting Muslims into America to also be a non assimilating and growing counter culture to what made America great and free. Perhaps the next civil war in America will be between the Hispanics and muslims for control of the spoils.

Sigh!!! Well stated all.

TomR - I believe we are in violent agreement.
The preferred outcome is to defeat Islam without losing the traditional Western (US) culture. If we had the will we could easily defeat Islam, instead we are accepting a new dark age.
Loosely (and poorly) from Mr. Steyn’s book; this should be a huge issue with the ‘liberals’ as they are the ones that will suffer the most. The abortionists, gays and lesbians, purveyors of pornography, etc. will be the first to die. Not to mention women in any position of power.
However, if the only way to defeat Islam in the US is my learning Spanish, it seems a small price. “Slippery slope…..?”

The United States is an urbanized nation, with 80.8% of its population of 305,186,613[1] residing in cities and suburbs as of mid-year 2005.[2] The mean population center of the United States has consistently shifted westward and southward, with California and Texas currently the most populous states. U.S. population growth is among the highest in developed countries, although its annual rate of 0.88% is below the world average annual rate of 1.16%.[3] The total fertility rate in the United States estimated for 2008 is 2.1, which is roughly the replacement level for industrialized countries. However, the U.S. Census bureau states that the population is projected to reach 439 million in 2050,[4] which is a 44% increase from 2008 compared to the UN projection of a world population increase of 37% for the same period. Children (people under age 18) made up a quarter of the U.S. population (24.6%), and people over age 65 one-eighth (12.7%) in 2006.[5]
I will not learn Spanish to get along with more than 20-30 Million Illegals regardless whether O'vomit, the AO makes them legal or not. We can not afford to feed that many people, especially, welfare, Free health care, and of course their spending money used for illegal drugs.
As far as the demographics of the United States we are in good shape. Europe has the problem. And the Soviet Union has a real problem. They have pushed the abortion envelop so far in 10-15 years they will not be able to field any army of any worth. To the average Russian another child is another added expense and they can't afford it.
That is the economic benefit of Socialism, nobody can afford anything. That is why the Soviets want to re-invent the cold war.

I agree that Europe is already lost and that Russia is next.
In the US which demographic is growing the fastest? Children under 18? Over 65?
Which religious groups and what percentage make up the US 2.1 fertility rate?
What is the demographic of the 44% increase in US population?
From the same wikipedia page as the statistics used by Mark:
“Population growth is fastest among minorities, and according to the United States Census Bureau's estimation for 2005, 45% of American children under the age of 5 are minorities.[8] In 2007, the nation's minority population reached 102.5 million.[9] A year before, the minority population totaled 100.7 million. Hispanic and Latino Americans accounted for almost half (1.4 million) of the national population growth of 2.9 million between July 1, 2005, and July 1, 2006.[10]”
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demographics_of_the_United_States
“A new report from the Census Bureau projects that by 2042 non-Hispanic whites will no longer make up the majority of the population. This is a revision of earlier projections which projected this demographic change to take place in 2050. Today non-Hispanic whites make up about 68% of the population. This is expected to fall to 46% in 2050. This, as a result of a much older white population, relative to minorities. The report foresees the Hispanic population rising from 15% today to 30% by 2050. Today African Americans make up 12% of the population, in 2050 they are projected to comprise 15% of the population. Asian Americans make up 5% of the population today and they are expected to make up 9% in 2050. The U.S. has nearly 305 million people today. The population is projected to reach 400 million by 2039 and 439 million in 2050.[35][36]”

Of the 5-year age groups, 50-to-54 year olds experienced the largest percentage growth in population over the past decade, 55 percent (see Figure 3 and Table 1). The second fastest-growing group was the age group 45 to 49, which experienced a 45-percent increase. The baby-boom cohort entered these two age groups during the past decade. The third fastest-growing group in the past decade was 90-to-94 year olds, which increased by 45 percent. Some of the younger age groups also grew. The 10-to-14-year group gained almost 20 percent, while 5- to-9 year olds and 15-to-19 year olds each increased by almost 14 percent.

Also, http://www.census.gov/population/www/socdemo/age/agebyage.html has some very interesting tables on the US demographics.
In addition to immigration, the state, federal and local prisons of the United States may be a contributor to the growth of Islam in the country. J. Michael Waller claims that Muslim inmates comprise 17-20% of the prison population, or roughly 350,000 inmates in 2003. He also claims that 80% of the prisoners who "find faith" while in prison convert to Islam.[53] These converted inmates are mostly African American, with a small but growing Hispanic minority. Waller also asserts that many converts are radicalized by outside Islamist groups linked to terrorism, but other experts suggest that when radicalization does occur it has little to no connection with these outside interests.[54][55][56]
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Islam_in_the_United_States
The history of Islam in the US starts in the early 16th century with the confirmed arrival of Muslim explorer and sailor Estevanico of Azamor[21] and early Muslim visitors.[22] Once very small, the Muslim population has increased greatly in the last one hundred years. There is much controversy over recent estimates of the Muslim population in the US. Much of the growth has been driven by immigration and conversion.
Up to one-third of American Muslims are African Americans who have converted to Islam during the last seventy years, most of whom first joined the Nation of Islam, though many later transitioned into mainstream Sunnism.[23]
Research indicates that Muslims in the US are generally more assimilated and prosperous than Muslims in Europe.[24][25] Surveys also suggest, however, that they are less assimilated than other American subcultural and religious communities.[26] There are many Islamic political and charity organizations supporting this community.
Muslim immigration is rising as in 2005 alone more people from Islamic countries became legal permanent US residents than in any year in the previous two decades.[27][28] The number of Muslims in the US is controversial. The highest, generally-accepted estimate of Muslims (including children) in the United States is 2.35 million (0.6% of the total population).[29][30] Some sources mention estimates as high as 6-7 million.[31][32] Such estimates were accepted by media for some time, but any empirical basis for these higher numbers is not documented.[33][34]

Again, I'd rather be in a Christian nation speaking Spanish; than a Islamic nation speaking English. And of course a Christian nation speaking English is the best outcome.

Hey Duane, so learn Spanish, or you can buy a gun. Learn Spanish and try to appease those heathen bastards. Take your choice the ones from Saudi Arabia or Mexico.

Duane, thank you, I like Mark Steyn and thanks for the information break down from his book too.
I agree with him excpet the Mexico part. That is playinhg with fire and we already have a problem with that.
What Tom said about Los Angels is a perfect example of why I don't agree with Mark Steyn about the part about Mexico.
When I lived there the changes I saw to the negative all had to do with the illegals. It got to where the rest of us had to be careful to even go to the Malls we once felt safe in. Only the really expensive malls in Beverly Hills still kept out the riff raff illegals and their gang attire. But the other Malls oh my gosh, they would hang out at the escalators in groups and stare at we girls as we walked in and out of shops. It was scary. and the illegals are known for having many children and living in family groups so the can afford the homes in the nicer areas. It is a total mess.
Guns go off now in the nice areas like Tuluca Lake which is a nice area. But the guns going off there are from street gangs the illegals.

Mark, well said and ditto to ALL you said. I will not learn Spanish either.

I think I have stated my point poorly. This is not about illegal immigration. I grew up in south Florida and well understand the strength of the Latin culture. I then spent most of my adult life in LA (no, not Lower Alabama), again fully exposed to the strong Latin culture. The legal USA demographics are changing and there appears to be little we can do about it.
• Today non-Hispanic whites make up about 68% of the population. This is expected to fall to 46% in 2050.
• The report foresees the Hispanic population rising from 15% today to 30% by 2050.
• Today African Americans make up 12% of the population; in 2050 they are projected to comprise 15% of the population.
• Asian Americans make up 5% of the population today and they are expected to make up 9% in 2050.
• Population growth is fastest among minorities, and according to the United States Census Bureau's estimation for 2005, 45% of American children under the age of 5 are minorities.
As the Hispanic population increases, businesses and individuals that do not adapt will by definition limit their ability to compete and prosper.
As for religion, clearly Judeo-Christian is larger than Islam in the USA. But, we need to heed the lessons of Europe and Asia.
I’d like to encourage further discussion on how to preserve the traditional Western (US) Judeo-Christian culture.
