I'm afraid that this Israeli attack on Hamas has more to do with domestic election politics than the actual permanent stopping of rocket and missile attacks aimed at civilian populations that have occurred over 5000 times since Israel left Gaza in 2005. It is too little and too late and will be stopped prematurely before the job is done as has been the case many times before.

Israel has a lot to fear from the naive and dangerous President-elect Barack Hussein Obama and his Secretary of State nominee Hillary Rodham Clinton. Obama supports the Saudi peace plan which, in reality, would have Israel commit national suicide and lead to it's total destruction as a Jewish State.

The UN functionaries are already howling in protest, the Palestinians have been attacking since May 14, 1948. Look to Egypt, Syria, Iran and Russia as the immediate agitators, look to the UN as the facilitators via UNWRA, look at the entire Muzzy world as the cause.

As Les has pointed out Israel will receive no support from the Obama - Clinton cabal.

Rule 1, Stop firing rockets and mortars into Jewish residential areas.

Rule 2. Don't be hiding amongst your own citizenry as to perpetrate terror amongst the Jewish community.

Rule 3. There are no innocent Palestinians.

Rule 5. Annihilate as many Palestinians as you possibly can Israel.

This is early on. It remains to be seen how serious and how tough Israel is going to be this time. This retaliation now may be more a message for Obama and Clinton than for the muslims.

At least we are getting that GBU-39 real life tested. It looks as though the surface collateral damage from that bunker buster is very minimal.

Let's see....Hamas firing absolutely inaccurate rockets into Israel from residential areas. The very predictable Israeli response then causes them to cry foul. Huh? What? And Iran sitting on the sidelines pocketing more cash as they watch the world oil prices climb today. Hmmm.

Les, yes it may be poliltical but even so I am still glad they are doing this. Any amount of fighting back to the Hamas and all terrorists gets a cheer from me.

Thank you so much Les for the information and the links. I see on TV there are protests all over the world with people mad at Israel for "picking" on the Hamas. I use the word picking on them because I am sick of people in this world siding with the terrorists.

GLAD Israel booted CNN out 16 months ago in Tel Aviv and replaced them with FOX! Now CNN can't tip off Hamas ahead of time. Imagine that and "GODSPEED CHOSEN ONES!" Islamofascists can fire their firecrackers and scramble when IAF F-16's come their way... Can Benjamin Netanyahu get elected SOON?
