Just bought a few more VHS tapes so I can record the 2008 White House Christmas shows on the H&G channel...for the LAST time! Proud to have seen and recorded all eight years (2001-2008) because the Kwanzaa Tree will be in the Blue Room next December and a Ramadan Palm Tree in the Red Room? I have disagreed with Bush on many things and have been disappointed in some of his actions, but I don't question his honesty and character. He and Laura brought dignity back to the White House.

Mark, I know just how you feel. I freaked out for a few minuets while I looked through the photos to use. I think this shock of what has happened might just take the full 4 years of his reign of terror.

Darth, I was thinking about you when I made this post. How you tape the Christmas at the White House every year. I feel so badly, and this will be the last one that was beautiful I am sure of it.

The Obama's don't even get their daughters Christmas presents.

I think they will have to have the Christmas trees in and out but who knows maybe not. It does not matter their hate for our country, our Constitution etc. ruins it either way.

I know what you mean too about Bush. He and Laura have class and love America. I complained when he did things I did not like but never was I sorry we had him for President instead of Kerry. Not one single day.

And now to see this happening it has me in shock that so many voted for him and imo do not love America.

Jack, me too, I sure was wrong. I was so sure people would see what we have all talked about, Ayers, Wright, the terrorists backing him so many things. But they didn't care, there is no way they could convince me that those that voted for Obama love America..... no freaking way.

A friend of mine is from South Africa. She and her husband and children had a bee farm there. They are white and not black and were forced off their bee farm and told to leave the country. This was back when all that stuff was happening. They had a ton of money in the bank and they had to just leave with the clothes on their backs and he managed to get out about $50,000 from his bank account.

They came to the USA and had to start all over. They opened a bakery in my home town of Peoria and are doing well. But they will never forget how they were forced out of a country they were born in and their finances stolen by the new government.

Now they look at Obama and are terrified.
