Maybe Braun won't compare him to Hitler but I will. What Hitler and Obama both recognized is to implement permanent change, you must start with the youth. How do you think the seat belt laws have become so effective....States required infants and young people to wear them. As they grew up, it became second nature for them to wear them. Now, with the exception of a few old-timers and bull-headed conservatives (hehehehehe), seat belts are accepted.

Now compare Hitler's plan with Obama's!!!!!

I fear what will happen to America in 4 years. Obama seems in a big hurry to get his socialist agenda started. He is already promising executive orders to reverse some of Bush's policies.

My guess is Obama's honeymoon period will be long and smooth as the media praises everything he does.

All the signs are there, Clinton proved the capability of executive orders that bypassed the Constitution and yes there were willing agents to carry out those orders. Rep. Paul Broun is correct in his analysis and warning about Der Feurer, Barack Obama. The country will only wake up, and then only temporarily for a short time, when their taxes go up and the country is hit again with one, and probably more, 9/11 like attacks. Obama and his Kool -Aid drinkers will continue to blame everything wrong on George Bush but will wear thin as the Messiah still doesn't fix anything. In fact, the racist supporters of the Messiah will continue to viciously attack those who don't agree with them with a belief that the laws of the land don't apply to them. If Obama is above the law, so are they.

Ed Morissey over at Hot Air -whom I have read for several years- attempts to make the case that these comparisons to Hitler are absurd and that the worries civilian security force are just a misunderstanding. The One was surely intending to mean that it would be just like the Peace Corps, or SCORE, or Vista.

Am I to take him at his word when he says that he is a second amendment supporter? Or based on his actions as a legislator in Illinois? Am I to believe that he is a moderate because he and his handlers say so? Or am I to look at his associations with Ayers, Wright etc. etc. Am I to believe when he says that he wants the government to help or when says he wants to distribute the wealth. When he claims to welcome differing points of view but then skewers Joe the Plumber when he dares ask a question. Actions speak louder that words. So if the mean time, trust but verify and keep your powder dry.

I agree he is one of the few that is speaking up about Obama. And also I agree you are right about Obama being like Hitler. It is there and it will come out big time with the dems being in the majority. He might have to take it slow but that is just what his agenda is, big government total control and oh man this is just too horrible.

Les, yes, I wonder if we will be attacked again. There were so many attempts since 9-11 that Bush and his people stopped. I think I read something like over 200 attempts. Obama well he would be user friendly when it comes to terrorists I think.

Yatalli, the only thing I know is I go by his not having a conscience his associations that he keeps lying about. His own voice trashing our Constitution that is so much to what makes America what it is and his agenda.

No one knows 100% what will happen in the future. But just in my way of thinking I want to keep my eyes open, learn as much as I can and be ready to protect myself and Nick too and our home.

The ego of Obama is so massive, it was seen in all his rallies and the columns he had to have and way the media and the masses worship him is freightening and a warning too.
