Democrat: Obama's grandma confirms Kenyan birth
'This has been a real sham he's pulled off for the last 20 months'
The Pennsylvania Democrat who has sued Sen. Barack Obama demanding he prove his American citizenship – and therefore qualification to run for president – has confirmed he has a recording of a telephone call from the senator's paternal grandmother confirming his birth in Kenya.
The issue of Obama's birthplace, which he states is Honolulu in 1961, has been raised enough times that his campaign website has posted an image purporting to be of his "Certification of Live Birth" from Hawaii.
But Philip J. Berg, a former deputy attorney general for Pennsylvania, told the Michael Savage talk radio program tonight that the document is forged and that he has a tape recording he will soon release.
"This has been a real sham he's pulled off for the last 20 months," Berg told Savage. "I'll release it [the tape] in a day or two, affidavits from her talking to a certain person. I heard the tape. She was speaking [to someone] here in the United States."
He said the telephone call was from Obama's paternal grandmother affirming she "was in the delivery room in Kenya when he was born Aug. 4, 1961."

Obama campaign officials acknowledged the dispute by posting the image purporting to be a copy of his certification of live birth earlier this year. But they've declined to return WND requests for comment...
WND reported earlier this week Berg's claim that Obama has legally "admitted" the accusations included in his lawsuit, including that he was born in Mombosa, Kenya, by not responding to the allegations.
Berg has cited Rule 36 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, which states that unless the accused party provides written answer or objection to charges within 30 days, the accused legally admits the matter.
His lawsuit is demanding that the courts verify Obama's original birth certificate.
Since Obama filed only motions to dismiss the case and did not actually answer the claims, according to Rule 36, Obama has legally admitted he is not a natural-born citizen., asserted Berg, who has taken his information public through his website.
When Jerome Corsi, senior WND investigator reporter, recently traveled to Kenya to investigate several questions about the candidate, he was told the records were sealed and would not be made available.

I have seen on the internet some motions and proposed orders posted, but I have never seen any order of the court to enlarge time in which to respond to the requests for admissions . This is getting to the point it can no longer be discounted as some crack pot scheme of Berg's .

If proven that he does not meet the Constitutional criteria BEFORE the Election, all votes cast for him means Biden becomes President if the ticket wins. Same applies if they win and it is proven AFTER the election. NOW, HERE’S THE RUB....
If this is proven BEFORE the election, and his supporters know that he will not sit in the Oval Office but Biden will, they will be so demoralized and depressed they will not show up to vote just to put another old, white guy in office. Biden didn't have a chance to win when he was running for President.
I wish this Berg guy ( Berg was a Hillary Clinton supporter.
Berg was a Hillary Supporter. And I wish this Berg guy would get this in the news instead of just on the internet. There isn’t much time before Rosemarys’ Baby becomes our president. And if Obama is proven not eligible to become president. It's the complicit main stream media who have hidden the facts, the DNC, and Obama.
What adds fuel to the fire is that back in February, Novak reported Hillary’s people were telling other Dems they had discovered something about Obama which would ruin him in all of American politics forever. At the time I blew it off as an attempt to drain some of Obama’s support with rumors, as if it was true, she surely would have used it. Under this scenario, she migth have decided to sit on it.
It would be just like the Clintons to have a PI research an opponent all the way back to their birth. If this is true, Hillary sat on this information and a lot more probably if this is what they were talking about, keeping quiet about it for a reason purely selfish in origin.
All Obama has to do is present genuine evidence, and this issue will go away. It’s very simple.

The Bible says the Antichrist will come from the sea. Both Hawaii and Africa are islands in the sea! He is crafy, intelligent, adored like a God. He harbors a frightening message for all of us. Life in America is no longer our own. Take the mark or die. He seems nice now, but that's the style of the Antichrist. Nice until he gets what he feels is deserved to him and then he will turn on those who gave him what he absolutely wanted. Absolute Power corrupts absolutely.
Why can't people see that?
If this is a true document, it should force him to give up his bid for the White House, but it won't. He still has not produced an original birth certificate. What is he afraid of? What is he hiding? McCain and Palin did produce birth certificates--originals! And they thought McCain wasn't American because he was born in the Panama Canal zone area on a ship. The Panama Canal zone was American controlled at the time of his birth!
Makes you kind of wonder if this trip to Hawaii was to get a quickie fake birth certificate made up, doesn't it?

It should be demanded that Obama produce a legitimate Birth Certificate. This is in the constitution, you must be born here in order to run. If he can not or it is proven that he is not a natural born citizen then it is over for his candidacy. This should have been done as you say 20 months ago but better late than never.
The press is as always complicit in this cover-up and they should be held accountable too.
Just another sham pulled off by the democrats and their willing accomplices in the press.

Handled right, the Fed District Court throwing out Berg for lack of standing can present a political check-mate “win” on appeal for the anti-Obama side (if not in law, in the Court of Public Opinion). Here’s how: SIMPLY SPREAD AROUND OBAMA’S APPELLATE BRIEF HAVING TO ARGUE AGAINST AN AMERICAN VOTER’S RIGHT TO RAISE THE QUESTION UNDER THE CONSTITUTION. Should be a PR disaster for the Dems and Obama!!!

Lynn, yes it does make me wonder, he has been there twice now in recent weeks and always when thie Berg guy was getting very, very close and Obama having to show up or do something about this birth certificate.
I agree with you to about what the Bible says. Obama may or may not be the anti-christ, but if he isn't he sure is a close second. To see so many worshiping him even some idiot Republicans or they say they have been republicans not only makes me sick to my stomach, but it also makes me wonder just who the heck is this Obama anyway.

This has gone on too long, and Obama ignoring what he has to do for too long. Such a simple thing to stop if Obama just did what he is supposed to do. That only makes me believe more and more there are very dark secrets about this and Obama is a big liar.

Ted, yes except that things when regarding these politicans on the left espeically never seem to have to answer for their crimes or things like this. It is going to take a lot more then public opinion.
Public opinion knew Vince Foster was murdered without doubt. It didn't help and it cost we the tax payers tons of money for the bs invetigations that went no where.

Les, I heard McCain's speech today and I was surprised. It was VERY powerful and he hit on just what you said.....

And he also brought up Barney Frank wanting to cut back 25% on military funding and some other things.
I was very impressed how McCain spoke today. He may be doing it a lot lately, but this is the first time in awhile I took the time to sit and really listen to him while he made his speech at his rally.
