Judge rules Ohio homeless voters may list park benches as addresses
COLUMBUS, Ohio
A federal judge in Ohio has ruled that counties must allow homeless voters to list park benches and other locations that aren't buildings as their addresses.
U.S. District Judge Edmund Sargus also ruled that provisional ballots can't be invalidated because of poll worker errors.
Monday's ruling resolved the final two pieces of a settlement between the Northeast Ohio Coalition for the Homeless and Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner.
The coalition agreed to drop a constitutional challenge to Ohio's voter identification law until after the Nov. 4 election. In return, Brunner and the coalition agreed on procedures to verify provisional ballots across all Ohio counties.
The coalition was concerned that unequal treatment of provisional ballots would disenfranchise some voters.

Due to ACORN and so much voter fraud this is absolutely just ludicrous. It is not about not wanting Americans to vote it is about making sure there is no way for fraud. This opens up a whole mess if they do this. Wouldn't it be better to have the homeless register at a Homeless shelter or a church, that way it can be more accurate and less chance of voting fraud. What the hell kind of address is a park bench!
What address do they use if they are someone that gets a Social security check?? Maybe that address is one they can use. A person is supposed to be able to verify that you are a resident of the state. How can that be verified using a park bench as an address?
This whole voting thing is so corrupt it is starting to lose it's meaning. I know that sounds radical but this voter fraud is really making me feel insecure about my vote, about all of our votes and I don't like it one bit!
I want to win or lose honestly not because a ton of corrupt democrats and ACORN and Judges put the fix in so they win an election. This is America for pete's sake! Damn, democrats!!! They undermine and destroy confidence in the election process. ACORN will now register 139 people per park bench.

With all of this happening, this is another reason I am sooo glad the reaction to Gov. Sarah Palin has been so awesome. McCain and Palin are doing great and I am getting a stronger feeling about how we will do every day. Obama is messing up a lot. And there are people out there that have not voted yet and they also must be noticing all this cutting of interviews with TV stations, the $2 Million Biden is having to answer for he got for his family and the 2001 audio tape of Obama which was huge. Just keep praying!!!!!

CLEVELAND - Volunteers supporting Barack Obama picked up hundreds of people at homeless shelters, soup kitchens and drug-rehab centers and drove them to a polling place yesterday on the last day that Ohioans could register and vote on the same day, almost no questions asked.
The huge effort by a pro-Obama group, Vote Today Ohio, takes advantage of a quirk in the state’s elections laws that allows people to register and cast ballots at the same time without having to prove residency.
Republicans have argued that the window could lead to widespread voter fraud because officials wouldn’t have an opportunity to verify registration information before ballots were cast.
Among the volunteers were Yori Stadlin and Vivian Lehrer of the Upper West Side, who got married last week and decided to spend their honeymoon shepherding voters to the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections.
Early today, Stadlin’s van picked up William Woods, 59, at the soup kitchen of the Bishop Cosgrove Center.
“I never voted before,” Woods said, because of a felony conviction that previously barred him from the polls. “Without this service, I would have had no way to get here.”

Democrats say you don't need photo ID to vote but in order to attend Obama's election night party, you have to present Photo ID. Vilmar did a post on it.

Hmmmm.....Wasn't it just the other day that Virginia disallowed military votes because they didn't have the address of the witnesses signature?? But now it's ok to allow votes if you live on a park bench!!!!!!!! Guess we better get the word out to our military to list the foxhole they are living in as their address!!!!!
What a flipping joke our elections are turning out to be!!! I LOVE the United States and our form of government and I would give my life in a heart beat for Her, but we sure have some areas that need repaired.....Starting with CONGRESS!!!!!! This type of crap has got to come to an end!!! This blatant and underhandedly legalized voter fraud is disheartening. I think photo ID is a must. I also think that maybe only tax paying Amercans should be allowed to vote. Exceptions for elderly and retired, many of whom pay taxes on savings and investments anyway.
Now the states are allowing ex-felons to vote, many of whom are also presently out committing more crimes. And thanks to motor voter, lots of illegals are voting. This mess needs to be cleaned up. I'm not holding my breath, just buying more ammo.

Anthony,imo ACORN should be shut down. Put totally out of business and start over with something else, a clean slate and jail those, everyone of those involved that were in charge as well as the rest guilty as well.
