Interesting. I actually enjoyed lisening to that. I like Smokey Robinson's music, now I respect his attitude. He is very realistic and obviously a deep thinker.

May they please listen to him!! - LOL!! I listened to all kind of soul music back in the 60's - back when they actually sang! There was some good music then! Smokey got busted for stalking a woman from a Soap Opera years ago-She went into hiding and had to move several times- and gave up her carreer for years- DUH? TRUE LOVE BABY!! ?

Those indigenous to this Nation would not like his smear about Indian trash-- If they find it -it will cause a big PC stink!! They are very PC too!! The blacks think they had it so bad what about the friggin Indians - they really got screwed! I have never owned a slave or been a slave- neither has anyone alive in America today so they can go to Africa like Smokey said- and be a black American in Africa!!! I LIKE THAT!!

My great- great grandmother was full blooded Cherokee and my first husband's family had changed their name from Fox to Smith- way back- no one knew- Now My oldest son carries a US Indian Bureau ID and no he can't handle fire water! But he tries!! LOL!

Same shit different day with the Hispanics- they want their land back- they're going to come here and take it back !! From Texas to California- whether we like it or not- so they say- and there is a lot of them!!! EVERYBODY WANTS THEIR SLICE OF AMERICA- DAMN!! HOW GREAT A COUNTRY WE ARE IN SPITE OF IT ALL!!!

I don't really care about all the bad things from the past- But I do find History interesting! I care about My kids future- and their kids future- I love America- and when all is said and done - God will do what he wants!

Today my wife (she's black and I'm white) visited a friend of mine, Aaron Avalos, who runs an anti-gang & boxing training program at the Police Athletic League (P.A.L.) in Bradenton.

Aaron is 2nd-generation American. His parents came from Mexico, and he -- like me, come to think of it -- was born in Los Angeles. Aaron's wife, Maria, was born in Mexico. Their kids are as American as anyone could want, right down to their MySpace pages.

The purpose of our visit, aside to welcome Aaron back from the hospital, where'd he'd been for a week after getting bitten by a Brown Recluse Spider at work and almost losing his right leg, was to deliver a DVD of videos I've made of "his" kids sparring in the ring, not only with each other but with some rather redneck white kids from Arcadia who are also "at risk" in many ways and have been shunted into boxing as a way to keep them straight.

The Arcadia crowd and the Bradenton crowd have turned into big buddies. And another one they look up to more and more is my own stepson, Dominique "Dime" Carter, who is the scowliest, most buffed-up, scariest-looking young black man you'll ever see -- but isn't a criminal but a certified personal trainer who works with the boxers (and others) to help them get strong and tough.

We have many excellent people in this country, of all races. Go America!
