Obama — whose father, stepfather, brother and grandfather were Muslims — explained his own first name, Barack, in “Dreams”: “It means ‘Blessed.’ In Arabic. My grandfather was a Muslim.”
Obama’s grandfather, Hussein Onyango Obama, for whom the senator was given his middle name, Hussein, was fiercely devoted to Islam, according to an account in “Dreams.
Later in life, however, he was drawn to the writings of an influential American Muslim who served as the spokesman for the militant Nation of Islam.
“Malcolm X’s autobiography seemed to offer something different,” Obama wrote. “His repeated acts of self-creation spoke to me; the blunt poetry of his words, his unadorned insistence on respect, promised a new and uncompromising order, martial in its discipline, forged through sheer force of will.”
Obama’s family connections to Islam would endure, however. For example, his brother Roy opted for Islam over Christianity, as Obama recounted when describing his 1992 wedding.
“The person who made me proudest of all,” Obama wrote, “was Roy. Actually, now we call him Abongo, his Luo name, for two years ago he decided to reassert his African heritage. He converted to Islam, and has sworn off pork and tobacco and alcohol.”
Obama calls the Iraq war “a botched and ill-advised U.S. military incursion into a Muslim country.” He is also protective of civil rights for Muslims in the U.S.
“In the wake of 9/11, my meetings with Arab and Pakistani Americans … have a more urgent quality, for the stories of detentions and FBI questioning and hard stares from neighbors have shaken their sense of security and belonging,” he laments. “I will stand with them should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.”
After graduating from college, Obama eventually went to Chicago to interview for a job as a community organizer. His racial attitudes came into play as he sized up the man who would become his boss.
“There was something about him that made me wary,” Obama wrote. “A little too sure of himself, maybe. And white.”

In all honesty I truly don't understand how a man like this gets elected in my wonderful America. Not only his run for President but also his being a Senator. We can add into this Keith Ellison and the other Muslims that have been elected to government offices as well.
His anger of whites runs deep. It is not going to disappear just because he might take the oath as President.
Is Barack Hussein Obama a Muslim? Will he one day return to his Muslim upbringing? His core of who he is was established in the cult of Islam not in the Christian church or any other NON Muslim faith. How often have we heard as I got older I returned to the faith or belief I had as a child. And Obama did not become a Christian till he was in his 20's.
Islam is a strong pull to low self esteem people like Obama with his hang up about not being all white or all black. It matters NOT to me what skin color a person is but from all of Obama's writings it is predominate in his thinking and outlook. It teaches hate of non Muslims, hate for Jews and Christians the people of the Book as they call the Bible. Hate has been known as a driving force to low self esteem individuals to give them a sense of belonging. I would bet that is why joining up with Islam is so popular in prisons.
Islam is not just a faith or a religion, it is a cult and all encompassing. It is a LAW and a law above any law of the land a person dwells within. People are executed that leave Islam, children are murdered that date non Muslims or try to marry a non Muslim. I will end my comment with a story that just happened recently. My prayer is that we do not see this Obama elected.

17-year-old student Rand Abdel-Qader was beaten to death by her father after becoming infatuated with a British soldier in Basra. In this remarkable interview, Abdel-Qader Ali explains why he is unrepentant - and how police backed his actions.For Abdel-Qader Ali there is only one regret: that he did not kill his daughter at birth. 'If I had realised then what she would become, I would have killed her the instant her mother delivered her,' he said with no trace of remorse.
Rand Abdel-Qader, 17, murdered because of her infatuation with a British solider in Basra, southern Iraq, her father is defiant. Sitting in the front garden of his well-kept home in the city's Al-Fursi district, he remains a free man, despite having stamped on, suffocated and then stabbed his student daughter to death.
Abdel-Qader, 46, a government employee, was initially arrested but released after two hours. Astonishingly, he said, police congratulated him on what he had done. 'They are men and know what honour is,' he said.
Rand, who was studying English at Basra University, was deemed to have brought shame on her family after becoming infatuated with a British soldier, 22, known only as Paul.
She died on 16 March after her father discovered she had been seen in public talking to Paul, considered to be the enemy, the invader and a Christian. Though her horrified mother, Leila Hussein, called Rand's two brothers, Hassan, 23, and Haydar, 21, to restrain Abdel-Qader as he choked her with his foot on her throat, they joined in. Her shrouded corpse was then tossed into a makeshift grave without ceremony as her uncles spat on it in disgust.
'Death was the least she deserved,' said Abdel-Qader. 'I don't regret it. I had the support of all my friends who are fathers, like me, and know what she did was unacceptable to any Muslim that honours his religion,' he said.

And how about that hatred of his mother's race? You don't hate your mother for who she is! It wasn't her fault to be born what she was. You just don't do it.
And this wackjob who killed his own child--well, that makes me so mad, I could just do something, but being a lady, I can't.
You don't kill your child for falling in love, especially at that age--they don't even know what love is yet. I had crushes at her age--boys at school, famous singing and acting stars, but I wasn't going to marry them unless in my dreams and my dad wasn't going to kill me over it.

Christian-moslem Obama hasn't condemned the practice and it doesn't seem that his minions have either. It has been demonstrated throughout history that those who cannot or will not think for themselves will gravitate to the least common denominator where they can make excuses for their behavior in a collective society that behaves in the same collective way. Charlie Manson and his followers were locked up for the same reasons, today they'd be viewed as liberal 'liberators'. That explains why the religion of peace is enforced with honor killings, murderous rages and the Muttawah enforced prayer. Cradle to grave brainwashing, suppression, repression and terror.

Barack Obama outlined his plans for running against McCain where he warned that controversial issues such as McCain's ties to the Keating Five savings and loan scandal are fair game. Someone should ask Obama if all of his racist statements, his scandals, and his associations with racists, Rezco, domestic terrorists, Islamofascist terrorist sympathizers and supporters, and Hamas apologists are also fair game that neither he nor his campaign will act like cry babies and whine that they are being swift boated.
The Democrats have perfected the skill of negative campaigning while claiming victimhood and being swift boated when damaging truth is said about them. McCain better learn this enemy's battle plan or he will lose the war for the White House. He would be wise to heed the advice of "know thy enemy" or he will follow the same demise of Hillary Clinton as she gets run over by the Obama cult train.

One thing Hussein Obama never mentions is the plan of reparations for slavery. This is a big item in the Third Ward on the South side of Chicago.
Now how is this going to be distributed. Does the President write a blank check to the Black community, which would probably be the case and the demand for more and more money would never end or do they dole out more welfare for the same community on an individual basis.
One thing though is if this was to happen that each black family got a lump sum. It would be a huge boost for the economy. Cadalac stock would go through the roof along with Sony, NFL franchised gear, and Reebok.
Hell maybe this is not a bad idea or maybe it is the worse thing that could happen. But this idea is constantly buzzing just below the surface. When you look at Michelle Obama she is the perfect
spokesman for the reparations idea, she is angry and hates the country with a passion and every White person in it.

How can anyone call Islam a religion. It is a death cult permeated with hatred for anyone outside of the cult. We are in a life or death struggle and we all had better wake up.
On reparations. I would like reparations for any ancestors killed in combat during the U. S. Civil war. Both on the side of the union and on the side of the confederacy. Where would this come from. Perhaps attaching the assets of those African countries that collected and participated in the exporting of slaves to this country. Maybe a small "freedom tax" placed on people of color. This is a joke. There should not even be a discussion on reparations.
