I could only listen to half of this. This lady is so pissy and she doesn't even know it!
She could have gone in, talked with the manager, but NOOOO--she has to call the cops?

Every time I got a person like her on the phone I would cringe because they have worked it to where they are right, you are wrong and they aren't going to listen to one word you're saying.

She is certainly unrealistic. Can you imagine how stupid her husband must be also. Seems like she would be an embarassment anytime she is out in public. I hope the kids are smart enough to not follow her line of non-thought.
