I am so excited. I have been using this mousepad I got at a blog called Clarity and Resolve. It no longer exists, but I have been using this mousepad since I started my blog in Sept. of 2005. LOL
Well it finally died on me. It was getting to be a mess, rolled edges you name it. hahaha
Last month Nick and I had our wedding anniversary, it is on February 14th , yes Valentines day. He asked me if there was anything I would especially like to have. So I told him I would l love a new mousepad. LOL He laughed and said that's it? I said yep and I know the exact one I would really like.
I love it and never knew they had so many different kinds to pick from. So consider this a fun post of me just sharing something new. heh heh
It just arrived and here it is.......... cool huh! And it has my favorite form of transportation on it..... the helo! Tah dah!
The funny thing is I want it to last so I am fighting putting the old one back on my desk and just having this one to look at. hahaha That would but nuts but I actually did think that for a second.

I use a mousepad that has a picture of the plane I flew in Vietnam(L-19). It even has the unit markings. So I know how you feel about your special mousepad. Love them Hueys.
It is really nice that you and the Angry Old Salt have been together on so many Valentines Days.

Love the mousepad, nothing could be more fitting than the Huey. It's funny what we treasure, tiny mementos from there or about an experience shared, that is an honorable choice. Thank you. I have an unofficial logo from the DMZ buried 'somewhere safe' in my junk that I wanted to copy for a patch for my jacket, after many searches I gave up. My mouse pad is the desk top, with an optical mouse, if it skips then I've a dirty desk, I can't keep a mouse pad, either it gets used as a cupholder or the grandkids rip it off. Happy Anniversary to you and AOS, we were remiss in observing the occaision.

WT spent some time in the old UH1-D, with the breezes coming through the door and the horizon swinging around. Thank you again, Lady Liberty, for everything you did for us.

Lynn thank you so much. We have been married now as of Valentines day, 26 years.
He was so cute, he wrote 26 seconds on the inside of the card he gave me. haha
I asked him what does that mean? He said he has been so happy it feels like 26 seconds instead of 26 years. I cried it was so sweet.
