Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson Endorses Romney
Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson Announces Personal Endorsement of
Governor Romney for President of the United States
Los Angeles
Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson, author, radio host and Founder and President of BOND, the Brotherhood Organization of A New Destiny, announced this morning his personal endorsement of Governor Mitt Romney for President of the United States:
“I have never before endorsed a candidate for President of the United States, but the circumstances that have been placed upon us and the gravity of this election have caused me to come forward at this time.Love of God, family and country are the most important values in my life. All are under attack in America as never before. I believe that Governor Romney, though not without flaws in his record, is a decent, highly capable man who believes in these same values.
I also understand that America as we know it will cease to exist if we continue our course of leaving our borders largely unprotected; and all other issues of contention will become moot. Governor Romney, through his statements and the recent addition of border enforcement warrior Professor Kris Kobach to his advisory staff, is indicating that he understands the severity of this issue.
In contrast, Senator McCain has co-sponsored legislation to give amnesty to illegal aliens, and named open borders advocate and former member of Mexican President Vicente Fox’s administration, Dr. Juan Hernandez, as his Hispanic Outreach Director.
As for Senators Clinton and Obama, because of their lack of will to secure our borders, as well as their commitment to unrestricted abortion, increased taxes and regulation, and an appeasement strategy toward our enemies, are unworthy of endorsement consideration.
My endorsement of Governor Romney is personal. I am in no way speaking on behalf of my organization, BOND. America is the greatest country in the world. I am committed to preserving and protecting it for future generations, and I believe today’s endorsement is in keeping with that commitment.”

If any of you watch Fox News channel you have probably seen Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson many times. He is an honorable man and a true conservative. He is polite and seems like a good man.
BOND stands for Brotherhood Organization for a New Destiny. Their motto is "Rebuilding the Family by Rebuilding the Man".
Mr. Romney has flaws in his record, but he is a decent, capable man. McCain shares neither of those traits.
Rev. Jesse Peterson is the good Reverend Jesse—I really respect him.

Now here is a man of God.
He could have thrown his support to McCain since Romney is a Mormon, but Mormonism is a form of Christianity and yes, Romney has failed at many things, but it's his time.
I can see a glorious future for my kids and all kids.
I can't wait to see how today ends up.
My state is one of the last to vote (in May), so we don't really get a chance to pick the nominee. That really ticks me off, but Romney will get my vote. I am hoping he will pick a true conservative as his running mate.

I hope Rev. Peterson carries some weight with some thinking Black people. I am sure there are plenty of Blacks that consider him an Uncle Tom. Maybe if they look at the state of the Black community after 40 years of Reverands like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, more will get off that broken down wagon.
I also like the fact that a Christian clergyman gives Mitt Romney credit for the value of his beliefs. I worry about the adverse reaction of too many "Christian evangelicals" to the Mormonism of Romney. Maybe those evangelicals will realize, that especially, the Democrat candidates and their tolerance of the islamists will be far more consequential for Christianity than the live and let live of Mormanism.

Finally a man of the cloth that I really respect, he probably feels like most of we conservatives, put your faith in the lessor of all the evils and pray for the best. There are going to be the Westboro types that are going to heckle and cackle about Romney being a Mormon, think people, he isn't a Muslim nor a Communist Atheist. We are hiring a leader not a preacher.
Far too many Democrats think that separation of Church and State literally means the same thing as separating the state of Israel from Palestine or also meaning the removal of Judeao-Christian foundings of the United States and supplanting them with a Godless nothing or their letting Islamo-fascism take over. Jackson and Sharpton if around 200 years ago most likely would have been slave owners themselves suppressing the people more directly than they are today. Sharpton and Jackson are charlitans robbing, oppressing and fomenting strife by their not teaching goodwill, self reliance and coexistence, no I didn't forget to mention Rev. Jeremiah Wright.

Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson is a good man and someone worth emulating. Unfortunately, too many blacks follow the wrong and self-appointed black leaders -- Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Louis Farrakhan, Jerimiah Wright, and Bill Clinton (the first black President as he always reminds us).
It's amazing that none of their flock ever questions why these guys lead them to vote as a block (over 90%) for Democrats who never fix anything for them. Just empty promises and more empty promises every election cycle. They would all do much better if they listened to Rev. Peterson for a change.

Lynn he sure is, I have a lot of respect for this Jesse. He has always been first class whenever I have heard him talk on the political talk shows.

Tom I agree with what you said. There is a website that is called something like evangicals for Mitt Romney and one of course just the opposite. I guess it will always be like that.
I too hope that there are lots of blacks that listen to Rev. Jesse Peterson, he has a lot of wisdom.

Jack that's true, that Phelps guy would have a field day about Romney. And it would be just more of his ungodly ways that Phelps has about him. Like a snake slithering around.

Les yes for too many they want to follow the ones that keep them down and negative instead of inspiring them to be all they can be and not depend on the government.
