More About The "Secret" Amnesty Bill
Lou Dobbs on CNN about the Amnesty Bill
The 'secrets' behind this bill and how tax payors will have to foot the costs of these provisions, and the benefits that the illegal aliens will get that established US citizens dont get.

This is a train wreck that will happen when they finish with this Amnesty Bill.
Just a thought here from me, one day in the privacy of ones home, it will be told in soft voices to the younger and future generations of our country how men and women came to this country with their heads held high obeying the immigration laws that once existed. Standing in line and giving their names to an American sitting at a table.
Beginning a new life, a better life and a chance to live in the land of the free. How seeing the Flag flying brought tears to their eyes and their heart full of pride to live in such a land like no other. And when seeing a soldier dressed in his uniform on the street was an opportunity to thank him for his sacrifice and service.
The day arriving when speaking English meant something and not a number to punch on a phone. The accomplishment of saying please and thank you in the language of the new land.
The peace in ones heart that accompanied knowing the work done and pay for an honest job to provide for yourself and your loved ones was something to be honored and respected. That those wanting a hand out were rare, and how even those having a hard time during wartime would do whatever they could to earn an honest wage.
And hyphenated only had to do with grammar and not the label of what an American was because everyone wanted to be called an American. They knew it came at a great cost to make this country what it was and to be a part of it was a dream come true.

I'm with you! It used to mean something, to come to America and make your way in the world. It meant prosperity and HOPE. You learned the language and only spoke your native tongue at home with people you knew could understand it. You flew the flag of your new home proudly. You taught your American born children how special they truly were and to love this land. Now America is nothing special, just another patch of land that can be invaded, used up and they left in ruin. The illegals know nothing of pride. Sometimes I think they do it just to be doing it. Like with the game Truth or Dare.

This immigration war is lost. In the very near future, maybe in 2008, an amnesty bill will be passed. Most of the provisions listed by Lou Dobbs, plus other provisions, will become law. It does not matter that most American citizens are against an amnesty act. Too many powerful financial interests want it and they own too many politicians for amnesty to be defeated. The globalists are on the march!

Tom, you right, it is lost. Too many times we have emailed, faxed, and phoned to tell them no don't do this. They know how we feel and this is how little they even respect those that voted for them. We mean absolutely nothing to them at all.
And when they are done with their Amnesty of choice it will be on their hands the blood that is shared when one of the illegals kills an American and all the other crimes they will do.

Wild, what a nice post. I was saddened to read your great summary of how it used to be.
The open borders crowd just wont go away. Whoever wins the presidential election next year will be an open border advocate. How times have changed and moved from decent to illegal.

Isn't this video from June of 2007 when this first came up. The bill eventually got killed if I am not mistaken.
But that should not stop us from staying vigilant because these dirtbags, who claim to represent us, only want to screw us for their own benefit.

Funny how such a staunch conservative Republican that I love,'The Gipper' gave amnesty to over 6 million Illegals in 1986.
'1986 Immigration Reform and Control Act'
Now there are twice as many...amnesty will not work...kick them the hell out!
