God Bless America
.
.
Kate Smith singing "God Bless America".....I felt we all might like to touch base in these concerning and stressful times of the future for our country. And so I am posting our Pledge and this song that Kate Smith sang like no one else.

I was thinking today how cool and awesome it would be if at every one of the political debates they would say the Pledge on the air so everyone watching would also see it done.

Thanks WT and BobF. These are classics from the WWII Generation. It is soothing to hear these. I like to watch some of the movies from the 40's just to escape into the seemingly innocence and simplicity of that time.

When I was taught the Pledge it was "One Nation under God, Indivisable, with Liberty and Justice for all.

My 5 year old can say the Pledge of Allegiance! And she does pretty well with it.

Don't you guys know that the Pledge of Allegiance is offensive to some people and we don't want to offend anyone, especially if they hate the United States? We have to be sensitive to their feelings. However, they don't have to be sensitive or respectful of ours, particularly, if they are here illegally and want to do great harm to the country.
Get with the program. We are no longer the United States, we are part of the North American Union and UN world order. Press #1 if you want to hear this message in...

Tom, me too, when I feel really stressed by all this I will put in a video of one of the 40's movies and feel better. It does help. There were many good ones back then.
