Immigration Through History ~ How Times Change
2,000 years ago, Moses said,
"Pick up your shovel, pack your ass,
mount your camel and I shall lead you to the
Promised Land."
200-plus years ago, George Washington said,
"Get off your ass, use your shovel, clear the land,
grow plants for camels and it will be the
Promised Land."
This year, the Congress of the United States said,
"Si, Amigos, throw away your shovel, sit on your ass,
light your Camels, we're giving you the
Promised Land."
.......Thank you Robert

"Now they tell us! If we knew then what we know NOW ..." - Colonel Travis, Davey Crockett and Jim Bowie, Alamo, 1836

Yep--that's exactly how it is.
My hubby had an ancestor die at the Alamo, fighting for the survival of what is now known as Texas. Another told Santa Ana he'd let him and his soldiers live if he signed over Texas and Santa Ana did, so the Mexicans can't have it back. Didn't we also pay the Mexicans for it in the 1860s?
It's done, it's over. They can just call back under that rock from whence they came.
I don't mind legal immigration and those who will and want to work, but just coming here, sitting on your butt and costing me my tax dollars is for the birds. If you want to do that, you can do that back home in Mexico!

Mexico is a Third World disaster. Too much corruption, racism and overpopulation. I do not blame them as much for exporting their problem to America as I blame our very dishonest leadership for encouraging, abetting, aiding and trying to legalize that immigration.
I think that we are almost at the point of no return from the problems and cultural suicide this illegal immigration will cause. One major amnesty legislation and the war against illegal immigration is lost and America is forever changed.
