Sean Hannity and Ohio Senator George Voinovich
Notes from Hot Air
"A travesty. He’s the personification of the bill’s ills: ignorant of and incurious about its weaknesses, confused as to what’s in it and what isn’t (per his comments about Kay Bailey Hutchison’s amendment), and worst of all brimming with arrogance at the nerve of conservative proles to be angry about this issue. This clip ought to push those confidence-in-Congress poll numbers into single digits, assuming they’re not there already.”“He also appears to have only the vaguest sense of what the Fairness Doctrine is. Rest easy tonight knowing that in these capable hands may rest the fate of the nation’s immigration policy.”
Wild Thing's comment..........
He hid behind his indignation in an attempt to hide how completely clueless he was about what was in the bill and how it would impact American taxpayers. He also used the "I won't be intimidated..." line, referring to We, The People Peasants who have been calling and emailing to say there will be a political consequence to his votes.

I lived in Ohio for twenty-five years, this Voinivich is a perfect example what the Elite arrogance is.
First he was Mayor of Cleveland, then became Governor for two terms, he was a dumbass then and is even worse now. His job as Mayor of Cleveland rivals that of Dennis 'the menace' Kucinich, the only difference is Voinivich didn't put the city into receivership.
Here, on Hannity he saying Kay Bailey Hutchinson's amendment passed, I knew from MM's blog that it did not, ole' George is trying to tell everybody that it did. Which is either a lie or he is just too stupid to know the difference. Probably both.
He is being intimidated by his constituents ? One might think he ought to listen to them afterall, his fellow dunce DeWine got fired last time for his part in the gang of 14, and his vote for this same piece of Illegal garbage.
I am really surprised Voinivich didn't break down and cry over the phone because all his voters are picking on him and trying to imtimidate him. this guy is a bigger whuss than Art Model.
He couldn't answer one question asked by Hannity. Hannity's interview technique has really imporved over the years, he really called out George, and George had no good response for the questions except to try to confuse the issue which all of them are very skilled at.
In 06' DeWine got his come 08 the Voink is gone too, and he has got to know this, well maybe not he is that stupid.

Voinivich has been in politics for 40 years. No wonder he believes he's an elite and above us. Like he said, it's not worthy to talk to Sean Hannity.
He's the perfect reason for Term Limits.

Bob yes I agree, and what also ticked me off was when Voinivich said he had been in business for 40 years. BUSINESS. Yep the way these politicians think of being voted in is that they are in business.............grrrrr....well that is NOT what I vote for,to put a person into business. I vote for them to represent me and America. sheesh
