Bush to Speak at Islamic Center of Washington DC
On September 17, 2001, six days after the worst Islamic terror attacks ever on US soil, President Bush stood next to CAIR’s Nihad Awad at the Islamic Center of Washington DC, and pronounced ‘Islam is Peace’.
Today Bush is returning to the Saudi-funded Islamic Center, to address its rededication ceremony—and further legitimize radical Islamic groups masquerading as “moderates,” without once asking them to renounce their openly-expressed support for terrorist organizations such as Hamas and Hizballah.

I didn't like it back in 2001 and I like it even less today. This is just so WRONG! It is a slam in the face of every soldier and family member, and loved one of our troops today...... and to all of America's citizens that KNOW that this war is with Islam, and those that use it's teaching's to kill all non-moslems. And their hate for Jews and Christans not only here but around the world.
The "you are either for us or against us" from Bush has become no more then a campaign slogan instead of a charge into battle.

I know he's trying so hard to do good, but ISLAM is a political religion and they are still fighting the
crusades, which ended nearly 1000 years ago.

I am glad Jorge can compartmentalize and psyche himself into believing that Islam is a Peacful religion, history begs to differ and recent events don't support the notion. Damn, Jorge, my leg's wet again and it isn't raining. Maybe that's why they treat their women like chattle and their children as pawns to carry out homicide attacks, it's all for peace!!! Bush can try telling that to the Israeli's who live with the threat every day.

I really think that Bush is retarded to reality. He wants so much to have everyone admire him that almost everyone dislikes him, a la his poll numbers.
What promises is Bush going to make to these moslem activists that the rest of us will have to pay for? George Bush is great at giving away what is not his to give away, for self feel-good purposes. I knew back in 2000, that we would come to regret that non explained "compassionate conservative' phrase. Just like his dad's "New World Order" phrase, which turned out to mean NAFTA and other American giveaways.

Lynn, I wish there could be a clear line with who we are at war with. It would help our troops too. BUt it would take courgae from Bush and he is too concerned with being diplomatic with the Islamic's here and around the world.

Tom I agree, I always remember one time Rush talking about how the left hate him. He said instead of feeling bad he considered it a compliment. I wish Bush would think more that way and be strong like a leader should be in this war against Islam.

Rick, I think your right, I truly believe that even if he was given all the information in the world his brain just will not accept that Islam is a death sentence for any non muslim and even other muslims.
